I contacted Discount Plumbing and got a call back from Jose. Even though I decided to go with another company (no fault of Discount Plumbing) I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jose.

Steven called me and told me he was on his way- showed up 10 minutes later. He set up paper where he was going to work, was methodical in his repair work- explained things to me in a language I could understand, and cleaned up after himself. He even repaired some jenky repair that the last plumber had made, without me knowing or asking (or paying for). He fixed my bathroom clog, and showed me the roots that were growing. Not just told me- I completely trust him and will refer him to everyone I know. Thank you Steven!

Manuel had a tall order coming out to complete work left from another tech. He was amazing! Not only did he do a great job diplomatically rectifying a bad customer experience, he is very skilled and repaired the original issues swiftly and thoroughly, saving me hundreds of dollars from previously quoted unnecessary replacements. I am really thankful!

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

Bottom Line: horrible job. He cut way more tile than he should have and punctured the porcelain of the sink with his grinder. Furthermore, I spent an hour cleaning my kitchen after he left because he didn't clean up at all.Story: I needed to change out the faucet in my kitchen sink to hook up a dishwasher. Instead of an easy swap, the nipples that came out of the wall disintegrated in my hands. I bought a nipple extracted from Ace down the street, and the damn thing broke off inside the nipple. I was stuck with calling a plumber. I first called Bill Howe, but he couldn't get a plumber out until 3-5. I called American. He had a 5 star review. He arrived at 2:08 in the afternoon, which was a little later than he said he would arrive, but not by much. He then told me he would take out a little bit of the tile and try to salvage the soap dish behind the sink. Ok get going. He then proceeded to cut out WAY more tile than he said he would, he cut two notches in the the porcelain of the sink, he used my tools, and he used the replacement nipples that I bought. He did a horrible job in that he punched out way more tile than he needed to. He broke tiles, he went way beyond the edge of the sink. Looking at it pisses me off because I could have broken out the tile that way and probably would have done a better more careful job. In any event, he charged me the full $300 even though he used my tools and my plumbing parts, then as he was leaving he said he would take off $5 if I wrote a review. He said if I reviewed on Google, Yelp, or any other review site, he'd take $5 off for each review. After I repeatedly said no, he upped it to $10. I couldn't believe it. In stead of not charging the full $300 because he used my tools and parts, he wanted me to review his work. Well, here's my review, free of bias. My kitchen is cut up, I have to retile way more area than was necessary, and I am really upset with this job. Horrible work. Did I mention this was all original 1946 tile? He completely destroyed my kitchen sink area. $300 not well spent. #AnyOtherPlumber

Our company has worked with Cesar’s crew for a few years now. They’re always very responsive, friendly, and very professional. As a property manager, I really appreciate their reliability and dedication to get the job done well. Cesar once cancelled a date, working late to help his crew finish a slab leak repair. That’s dedication!

Eric and Tony converted our three handle shower to a single handle. I didn't even know this could be done without tearing out the shower! Instead, they made a perfect oval cut to access the supply valves and reconfigure them for a single handle setup. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the shower looked better than ever.I don't know how we got by for over a decade with the three handle approach. If I would have known how easy this was, I would have done this years ago. They were easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations, too! They will be top of mind for future plumbing needs and I definitely recommend them!

Mario from Master Plumbing is a real pro. He and his team installed the plumbing for my bathroom remodel as well as the plumbing required to move my clothes washer. They were respectful, friendly, reasonably priced, and clearly invested in doing quality work. I will use these guys exclusively going forward--they were a great hire.
