Best Water | Sewer | Gas Lines in San Diego CA
Will showed up on time and greeted me with a COVID-19 care package for my personal usage. Will was very patient and listened to all the information I had gathered including looking at the pictures I had taken over a period of time concerning my issues and spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the situation before explaining his findings to me. I felt he investigated my possible water leak in the yard quite professionally and reassured me that what I was seeing was natural water drainage from the very wet weather we’ve had this year. He evaluated the French drain work I had put in myself and was very complementary. He gave me the number of a follow up leak detector if I was so interested in having that work done but felt it would be an unnecessary expense and I believe him. There was no service charge for his visit and I felt guilty not owing him anything. I would definitely call Will back if I had any other plumbing problems. Jason

Had a second story master bedroom mini split installed earlier this month in a coastal neighborhood in which few homes have AC. Marcus did a great job of scoping out and explaining the job to us at the time we signed up and meeting with the installation crew the morning of the install. Rob and Cesar did a very professional install with no damage to the wallpaper and everything cleaned up and tidy. No need to worry about any too hot to sleep nights next summer! Fortunately for our install the lines which needed to run down the exterior wall are in a side yard not visible from the street and are located in somewhat of a crevice. The lines run through what can best be described as a very large gutter downspout. Appearance of the exterior lines something to keep in mind when considering a mini split system--especially to a second story.
