We tried everything to unclog our sink before we called Emory. Not only was our kitchen sink unclogged within an hour, but the technician also gave us some really great tips on how to dry out and keep the area under the sink from molding.

I called their office early the day after Thanksgiving for a clogged kitchen sink. Ruth got back to me quickly to confirm they had a team available in the afternoon. She called me again to let me know when they would be arriving. Cesar and Josh arrived and quickly assessed the problem. They began working and always maintained safety precautions.I had purchased a disposal that caused extra work and time for them, but they came up with a solution, created new piping and completed the work as quickly as possible. They cleaned up everything and sanitized the area before leaving.While there, Cesar also repaired a toilet and discussed another issue I have with a washer and dryer installation.They were so friendly, professional and helpful. I will be calling them again for other work and highly recommend them!

I first used ARS when my upstairs toilet had a sewage leak that had seeped all the way down to my garage. Fernando and his crew were prompt, responsive, and professional. They only did the services that were necessary, never tried to “upsell” me with unwanted services, and remained friendly and courteous even when my (awful) home insurance company refused to pay anywhere close to the full amount of the estimate. They came back again last month to troubleshoot a faulty water heater. Fernando said that since I was a repeat customer, they would not charge if it was a quick fix even though all the other plumbing companies were going to charge at least $190 just to come out and take a look. It ended up being more than a quick fix (they had to do a flush of the system), but I really appreciated the loyalty to repeat customers. Suffice it to say, ARS will the first company I call the next time I have a plumbing issue in my home. Thank you Fernando and thanks to your professional crew!

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.

Phenomenal work. I had multiple projects that needed to be done: replace bathtub drain, valve replacements, new water heater, and a few other things. After some negotiation over the estimate price, we reached an agreement. The work took, maybe, half a had to complete all of the projects. The tech that was sent to do the work were great with my kids, and took the time to answer the questions of my youngest. Again, just a phenomenal job.

Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was chnaged without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting crazy with her. I requested to speak to ANYONE else in the office which she refused to do. If it werent for the fact that my needs are dire I'd be requesting to move this over to some other company. They are a vendor that my property management company uses. Unfortunate as the initial communication went so well.

I hired this business to troubleshoot my electrical vehicle charger. While he was there, I remembered that we wanted to add an outlet outside on our back patio. Without hesitation? He jumped right in an installed the outlet. He was quick, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend for any electrical issues.
