I booked Core Plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink and a leaky laundry drain pipe. In the end, I also had them installed a water heater thermal Expansion tank and fix a rough pipe for my laundry and dryer. They are very responsive. They clearly explain the problem, the work needed to fix it, and the cost. It shows that they take pride in their workmanship because when they accidentally damaged my laundry sink, they returned to install an upgraded and brand new laundry sink. They earned my trust and my highest recommendation for any plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!

James of Elite Rooter arrived on short notice for a clog affecting both kitchen and wash. He went under the house and inspected the plumbing and after coming back out set out to clear the suspected pipe, doing a very very thorough job in the process. The price was very reasonable for the effort, timeliness, and friendly service ... my wife and I were very pleased by his outstanding service and friendly demeanor, especially as we were in the process of moving and time was of the essence. Another Elite Rooter employee, a supervisor I believe, came by to check how it was going ... and it was all good. James also took time to wash the wall area soiled by clearing the pipe with the snake ... kudos to Elite Rooter!

Bill Howe has been excellent. With unforeseen circumstances, the staff has been overwhelmingly helpful and attentive. Marcus Jackson has treated our home and family with the best care. All around perfect experience. Paws ended up installing a new tankless water heater for me. Paws was one of the few companies who came out to my house for a free consultation, every other company was charging just to come out. Would highly recommend.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.
