Dave and Chris called to let me know they were on the way and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked rapidly and efficiently to fix 3 faucets that had reduced water flow. Then they replaced the garbage disposal at no cost. I had forgotten that the previous disposal had been purchased earlier this year, but they looked it up and replaced it immediately. That kind of old- fashioned customer service is why we have been Bill Howe customers for more than 20 years.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

We came home Thursday and heard water leaking in my garage and found my water heater failed. I also noticed that there was some water in my laundry room. I called Home Perfect and they came out assessed the damage. They also have a water damage company that came out within the hour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother. I had used Carini a few years ago apx 2019 for a complete furnace and blower replacement in my attic at a previous home. They performed a quick, efficient repair at a reasonable price. Something that stood out was the sales representative Carlos who said that Carini prides themselves as much on customer service and follow up as they do the original installation/repair. He added that Mr Carini himself is local to SD and prides himself on customer service. I used Carini a second time this year 2022 recently in my new home to add a first time Central Air HVAC system in my older home. The process was smooth, the bid was fair, and the preparation was thorough. The job started and completed on time within a week. Unfortunately I was waiting on power upgrades before I could use my HVAC. Carini's portion was completed yet after my new main service panel was needed to be installed we ran into a small issue with the HVAC installation, specifically where the Condensor was located. Carini made it right quickly with minimal interruption to my electician's very lean timeline, came back to my home to relocate the unit within a couple of days. I would absolutely recommend this local company to anyone needing repair, installation of a mini split or completely new HVAC. Specially when working with Carlos (Sales) and Britan (supervisor).

I had Robin from customer service and Anthony M. as my plumber and both were amazing. I had called 11 different plumbers and this one was the first one to be able to handle my request. Anthony was a pro identifying multiple bastardized fixes and coming up with a permanent solution.Robins customer care was absolutely professional and understood my concerns. When they say leave a voicemail they get back to you immediately.God forbid I have another plumbing issue but this company is the first one I'm calling because of Robin and Anthony. Absolutely true professionals.

I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it.
