I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

Jacob and Isaac did an amazing job for me. I am happy to write this review because I have nothing but Good Things to say! I met Byron Hoch, the owner of All American Plumbing when he joined our local BNI (Business Network International) group. At first I was skeptical because the last plumber was really great and I didn't want to be disappointed...I was NOT disappointed! I am a San Diego Area Residential Property Manager and I REALLY care who I hire to do the work on my rentals, since it is a reflection on me and my business. That being said, I highly recommend this All American Plumbing. My tenant had no hot water on a Sunday morning, so I called Byron to see if he could fix it on Monday. Well,he said, why don't I send a guy right now...and I think, what? I ask, how much more is it going to cost on a Sunday? He says, same price, he's got a guy available and he sent him right away! I was amazed and he did a great job too! Now when I have a plumbing issue, I do NOT hesitate to call Byron at All American Plumbing and you should too.

Angel is the most careful plumber I had a chance to work with. His tank installation is insulated and after 6 months we have no issue with the tank. He is meticulous with his job and keeps on going out to his wonder truck to get either 1 thing or another to make sure everything is perfect before he would leave. He is a careful plumber and heaven knows we thank him for it.

We came home from vacation to a leaky mess. Brandon was the plumber on duty and made time at the end of his day to come fix the leak. He was very friendly and respectful of our home. He was fast and knowledgeable to get the job done. Nice guy. I really appreciate his great work.

This business has a 24 hour emergency line but no one answers and the mailbox is full. If a business cannot support emergency requests, then maybe their site should not advertise that service. Ridiculous. We had some legitimate and urgent plumbing problems and had to call this business because of our home warranty. Will not bother with them again.
