This is the first time I've had a plumber (or any service person) show up exactly when they said they would. I made an appointment, and the next day, Jose and Marcos were onsite.I was immediately impressed with their polite and professional demeanor. I was having an issue with my washing machine, but I also feared a possible leak in the plumbing somewhere. Jose advised me that it was a washing machine issue after performing a diagnostic test. The price of the diagnostic was worth the peace of mind knowing I did NOT have a leak.Because of their honest approach, I booked a separate service on the spot. Discount plumbing is my new plumbing company for all projects. They are courteous, and reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received. Most importantly, they are honest. Give them a shot; you won't regret it.

He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. I couldn't be happier with Courtesy Plumbing! Both toilets in my home started running at the same time over the weekend. I emailed saying I didn't need service asap, but sometime this week would be great.I got a reply on Saturday and booked for Tuesday at 11:00am. The scheduler asked if I'd be interested in moving to an earlier slot in case of cancellation, and I said yes.This morning I got a text and an email confirming for tomorrow AND an email saying 11:00am was available today. I picked today and received a call from dispatch saying would a bit earlier than 11 be okay because our plumber was working very nearby. I said yes.At 10:49am, Mr. Gavard from Courtesy Plumbing arrived armed with supplies to fix both toilets (provided I had accurately described the issue, which luckily I had) and had repaired both, answered all our questions, and cleaned up and went on his way by 11:45am. Couldn't be happier.

Called 805 at 11 AM sunday, Carlos showed up two hours later. After looking around he says he needs help and is going to go eat lunch while waiting for another guy. Three hours later he calls and tells me that he can't do the job because nine out of ten houses have a clean-out and mine doesn't. He advises me to call someone else. Thanks for wasting my day.

We woke up one day to find that are all of the drains in the house were “backing up.” It was not a pleasant experience. It turns out the nearly $1000 that we spent a few months back to fix our plumbing issues was wasted. My neighbors recommended this plumbing company. We called and they came out later that afternoon. Turns out our pipes were infested with roots. It took several hours to fix the situation, but we now have working plumbing in our home.  They invested a significant amount of time, but in the long run, we are confident of how much money they are saving us. David Acosta did a fine job replacing a hose bib at my home. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate, performed the work, and left the area clean.

Chad's an excellent tradesman. He just completed his third job for us and he has gone above and beyond every time for us. Last time he came by last minute on the 4th of July to help us out with an emergency. Hes extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and has a great knack for pointing out and solving issues that we needed repaired but had lived with for so long had not even brought up. Call him up next time you need an estimate. He will be your plumber for life.
