I appreciated how Don explained my problem and also explained how he was able to troubleshoot it.Also, these guys send emails and text messages confirming the appointment and when Don was going to arrive. I love that as I hate talking on the phone. By the time he left my receipt was already in my inbox. Actually, now that I think about it, they are completely paperless as they used an iPad for everything including signatures.I will definitely use them again :)

We had a surprise water leak late on a Friday. We called Exodus and they took the job showed up on time at 5pm and resolved our plumbing leak. The team was courteous and made sure to take care as they went about their work. We had them come back several days later to reinstall our appliances after the remediation work, again, they were on time and courteous.Highly recommend them.

Eric and Tony are AMAZING!!!! Like. I own a small business in normal heights. And I can not recommend Eric and Tony enough! Because quite a few times they have spent the time to figure out plumbing situations for our building, and went above and beyond to help. Their pricing is amazing, in fact they have stopped by and have left without having me pay! I feel like they understand the pressure small businesses are in right now, and I feel like they genuinely want to help and care. They share alternatives so it’s not too pricey as well, which I really appreciate since we don’t have that much money to spare, but of course need the plumbing to work as a business and they do this for a living! I am so thankful for them and their time forever. I very much recommend, even if it’s a day or two wait because you’ll get your moneys worth, your time and someone who cares! They even reached out again to make sure everything is ok!!!! Not even doctors do that! So nice!

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone else's unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.Fernando, you did a great job in who you hired. A direct reflection of the boss, himself.
