Awesome job by Joshua and the PIC team. From start to finish, extremely well done. My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent work on stove and heater gas lines repairs. Provided a fair bid and went to work. All the necessary parts were with them. No need to leave for anything. Kevin and Mark were both friendly and got the job done smoothly.

All I can say is that they are a Godsend. We recently moved to our new home. And our all our drains were not working. We called several plumbers and Bill Howe had the earliest availability. Tyair came ahead of time, was professional, took time to explain our options and was able to fix the clog in our main line. If I ever need another plumber I’m asking for Tyair. Great service and because of Tyair, we’re planning to use Bill Howe for restoration service. Highly recommend

Robert came out and provided us an estimate for excavation and replacement for our main sewer line. He was extremely thorough during our appointment and made time to explain the work in detail to me.I can't speak to the value offered as we have a few other quotes pending, but the service and professionalism was top notch.

Awesome San Diego Plumber

We used Plumbing Tree as a recommendation of our regular plumber who was booked out several days. We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. From the front office to the plumber, they are very professional and were in constant communication about timing. Also they are clear with their pricing so there are no surprises. Angel completed the repair with no issues and tested everything to make sure all was in working order. Would definitely use them again

If you are looking for a competent, honest plumber then you need to call Steve Fox, his crew is well trained and gives great customer service and they do not try and sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need

WOW! I just had a great experience with Byron from All American Plumbing. I called and asked for a specific next day appointment, and Byron was right on time. Needless to say I don't know much about plumbing. I was concerned about finding someone I could trust, as I have previously had some bad experiences and also have a limited income.I had a spigot in the back that had been leaking for months. I was dreading the cost of having it fixed. Byron came out and looked at it, took off my hose, and showed me that I was missing something from my hose that was causing the leak, it wasn't the plumbing...yes, I felt stupid! I asked Byron how much I owed for the visit and his time, and he said no charge! He was so nice and professional. I was very impressed and will definitely use them in the future! I highly recommend All American Plumbing Inc.!

We had a slab leak the week before Christmas. My insurance company contacted your business. Response was fast and on time. The leak was detected and just 2 days before Christmas Eve Tom came out and capped off the area leaking so we would have hot water at the end of the house with the kitchen, laundry and shower. Making us able to have our Christmas Eve Family dinner. I can’t say enough good thing about them and how professional Master Plumbing is. On time, kept us informed and cleaned up after. And then Tom came back and did the rerouting of the pipes. Such amazing service!!!

They arrived on time and worked quickly to unclog the toilet. I was quite aback by how quickly they resolved the issue. Your promptness is greatly appreciated!!

I was told it was going to be 100 DLLs if it was only a clogg, then the guy said he could not unclog it, that he needed to run a camera and then use a.machine to check if the pipe was broken. He charged 325 DLLs for it. Then he marked the floor and said they needed to brake the concrete floor in my kitchen to see the pipe because it was broken. At the minimum it would be 2400 dlls, and from there up depending on the size of the project. I remembered my insurance covered plumbing, son I called them and paid my deductible for 75 dlls, the plumber came and unclogged it in 5 minutes. There was nothing broken, it was just a regular clogg and these guys ripped me off with 325 usd, I can only imagine what would have happened if I had went for the full project . Beware!

We had Kenneth come out for an emergency call and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and the price was fair.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars, Angel helped us with water heater installation and installing faucets in my bathroom. He is super reliable, quick in responding, and always goes the extra mile! Jared Butler first worked on a bathroom remodel at our La Jolla home 10/18 installing a new toilet and replacing shower fixtures. He was able to locate an unusual sized fixture that installed easily without having to tear into the tile and wall. In the summer 2019, he worked on a major kitchen/bath remodel on a rental house in Clairemont. In the process, he discovered the old galvanized pipes were rotten and ended up replacing all the plumbing. He handled this unexpected event in a professional, efficient and fair manner. In addition, he installed many fixtures, garbage disposer, water filter, washer/dryer and tankless water heater on the outside wall freeing up needed inside storage space. Another challenge of this Clairemont project was the fact that we were out of town for most of the project. Jared kept good communication with us, accommodated our situation smoothly, and our absence was not a problem. I highly recommend Jared for any of your plumbing needs and look forward to working with him again soon on another upcoming project.
