Our service tech Bryan C. was very professional and helpful, he took time to answer any and all of my questions. What I appreciated most was my repairs had a unique issue to my houses plumbing and we weren’t exactly sure what to do so Bryan promptly reached out to his colleagues at BHP via video chat on his phone and we got an answer and a solution.

I love the attention and respect I get from EZ Plumbing USA. They have resolved my plumbing issues in the past as well. For the last 2 years, I've been taking their services. Their customer care executive treats me well and sends the plumber on time. This time, I called them for drain cleaning. Robert the technician was running late due to other jobs that took longer than expected. He still came out even though it was after 5 did a thorough clean out of my clogged drain and checked all pipes in my kitchen as well. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Robert and ARS.

I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!! Pete, arrived with speed . he immediately assessed the problem , found the shut off valve and got right to work / he had a busy day going !!! the valve was broken and he fixed it, put on a better quality one.He was very professional and pleasant .I was so impressed !!! I will call him again, and only use him as my plumber !!!
