Thank you, Jack, for identifying the leakage source before it could damage further. I called them and described the situation. Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage. I was really impressed with his knowledge and quality of service at a very reasonable price in San Diego. This company really looks after its customers. If you are in San Diego and need plumbers, do contact EZ!

I have no clue about their pricing or the quality of their technicians, because I was unable to actually get anyone at my house. I originally got a Wednesday afternoon appointment, which was then cancelled on me. I rescheduled to Friday afternoon, and took four hours off of work to meet a plumber. After calling at 3pm and being assured a plumber would be there, I was called after 4pm (the end of the window), and told they could not come to my house that day. The dispatch requested that I reschedule for 8:00-12:00 on Saturday, which I agreed to. After sitting at my house all morning, I called ARS at 11:15, and was informed it would be 1-2 more hours until a plumber could be there. I decided to cancel and go with someone else. I'm out 4 hours of vacations time because ARS could not accurately schedule their technicians.

A pleasure doing business with them. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd use them again!

The install was done quickly and professionally.The only concern was that one of the workers (Matt) did not a wear mask the entire time and had to be reminded to wear one . Even after being reminded he wore it a short time and then removed it and did not wear the mask.Other than that both Lee and Matt were courteous and professional.

Been going here for many years. County has ceased maintenance. Large tree fell in the main trail months ago... No action. Upper meadow is now impassable, in front of hilarious trail enhancement brought to you by Newsome sign. Oh, the irony.

This company came to us thru our home warranty. They have missed several appointments and have been late several times as well. They came out to replace our water heater and were supposed to come back and pick up the old one, a week later and its still sitting for pick up. Their customer service is awful and they do not communicate late or missed appts. I will never work with them again.
