This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!

Ricardo came out to put in a main pressure regulator as we did not have one and main pressure from the street was way too high. This is not the first time I have used Perry plumbing and as always, they were professional and courteous and knew what they were doing. A Christmas Miracle. My unit's single toilet was not filling up with water, but the sink and shower all worked fine. I texted John and he replied within 2 minutes, was on site in 5 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes on Christmas Day! I would give John six stars but Google only allows up to 5, he's the best and I recommend him to others on Social Media all the time!

On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate. Tom appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. I strongly recommend Tom. I feel he is trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable.
