Core plumbing did a great job. I had them do a full rework of my 2 bathrooms plumbing for my remodel. They were on time, professional, and a far better price point than others I had give me estimates. Even came back multiple times at no extra charge when my tub spout had manufacturers defects twice. Third time was a charm though. Would highly recommend them.

Joshua came out and detected the leak in our water heater. He gave us options for a new unit and we selected a tankless water heater. Joshua installed our tankless hot water heater, and thus far we are very happy with the unit. He was professional, wonderful to work with and did a great installation. It was an around good job! I DO NOT have enough good things to say about him and the company.He knew right away what the problem(s) were, and quickly got my kitchen sink draining again.He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me several “tips” re: keeping my drains cleaner. Jesse came to clear my drain on a clogged sink. He worked really hard to get through the line, I could hear that something was blocking it. He was finally able to break through, but wanted to check with a camera. He called me out and showed me the build up in the pipe. He recommended the pipes get hydro cleaned and there was still a big blockage. It was like rock that was really stuck in there. They had to run and get another machine and told me if they could not clear it out, they would not charge me the additional money that it was going to cost. They were successful and I was quite pleased with that. They showed me everything with the video, and were up front with the problems and solutions. Jesse worked hard on trying to get this taken care of. His supervisor Isiah was also very helpful, explained everything and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. We discovered that our 12+ year old Noritz tankless water heater had been leaking for some time (not sure how long). The leak (which turned out to be from the heat exchanger) not only caused the water heater to stop functioning, it also caused mildew/mold damage to the area below and to the sides of the tank. After contacting a mitigation company to alleviate the problems that were caused, we contact Point Loma Electric and Plumbing (as well as two other companies) in an effort to find a suitable replacement. After doing our due diligence, we select PLEP to do the work. The office staff was flexible with regards to scheduling the installation and the two technicians that came out to do the work (Brandon and Hugo) arrived promptly and got right to work. I was very pleased with the effort they put into our installation as they checked and double checked each step. They cleaned up after they were done and they did a thorough job of making sure we had hot water at all of our sinks, showers and bathtub. I would highly recommend PLEP!
