I called discount plumbing san deigo our toilet and Cody came within 40 minutes as promised over the phone and fixed it in 5 minutes. He didn't make me feel embarrassed for the clog and was kind enough to clean the floor afterwards.We also had a slow draining faucet that could be improved using an enzyme solution that he had but explained that this may be caused by how old our building was. I really appreciate the honesty and his quick service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We've used Plumbing tree for our manufactured home for about 20 years. We had blockage in one of the sewer lines. Because of where we live, things can be tricky. We own the home, but rent the space. So not all repairs are our responsibility. Alan came out to help with the issue. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was some grey area on who was responsible for the repairs. After the service was done I spoke to Miguel, a customer service rep. I talked about some concerns with him. He was very helpful and really listened to what I had to say. He mentioned he would reach out to me the next day. There were also payment issues and Joanna was helpful to answer my questions. I guess there was a technical issue, but she was attentive and responded to me right away. Miguel got back to me as promised and we settled the matter working in my favor. Miguel and the Plumbing Tree family are extremely loyal and HONEST. Something you don't find today when it comes to contractors and handy work. Although, I don't find their prices competitive like as were in previous years, there is not a doubt in my mind I would call on San Diego Plumbing Tree again. They arrived on time, very professional, wore booties (to prevent dirt tracking on my carpet), didn’t shy away from going into my crawl space to look for leaks, were thorough with their inspection, and provided immediate follow-up. Called these guys to clean out my storm drains and they found a disconnected pipe from my backyard to my front storm drain (which explained why it was backing up into my yard)… they came, diagnosed, and fixed the issue! It was a big job as they had to lift up just grass and work underneath it - and my grass looks untouched. They were very professional, timely, honest, and reliable! Will definitely use them again!

Kevin is wonderful! Very nice and efficient with a tricky leak detection and repair. We had a leak from an upstairs sink leaking into the ceiling and room below. The leak was in a difficult location behind the sink where other companies might have needed to remove our entire vanity (which is built into the wall). Kevin rolled up his sleeves, got it there, and got the job done. He saved us the trouble of having to do a full blown bathroom renovation by leaving our sink and vanity intact. Not only did he fix the problem for us, he also cleared the drain while he was at it without prompting! Also Andrew, our initial contact and dispatch, is super courteous and helpful as well. i have to say this was the most professional and pleasant technician that came to my house ! he found the problem - showed me the estimate and did the repair and i never had to ask a question because he gave me all the information up front - also when i called the young lady was so nice and helpful- i willhighly recommend this company to whoever asks for a plumbing need- i called 3 other places and they would have left me hanging till next week , including a reputable company that i used for my a/c and bought a home rewards membership policy stating that if i had an emergency they would be out within 24 hours- not true; truly disappointed because they would have left me hanging for 6 days .. this company was true to their advertisement. I thanks them so much for making the rest of this rainy day sunday tolerable !!
