Best Hot Water Heater System in San Diego CA

My wife contacted them the day before about the gas valve and told me how great they were as well as the person who came out Jose was a veteran and super nice. That night when I came home we had some issues with the water heater. I called up Jose and he picked up and help guided me through what I need to do. In the end I couldn’t get it to work. He stop by the next morning out of his own time and help us fix the heater and explained to my wife what I needed to do for the next time. He was so helpful and gave us a great deal because we were both veterans! If anyone who needs plumbing that I know of I will always recommend them to discount plumbing! Thank you again for you hard work and Service to this country Jose!

Pinhole leak behind first floor ceiling. Found it quickly and had remediation/repair crew on-site within the hour. Very professional and explained everything done with rationale. Finished job quickly and cleaned up site before leaving. Touch-less pay system was icing on the cake. I'd recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. You will not find a plumber with better customer service, prices or skill. Victor and his crew can do absolutely anything, they are true experts. I had them install the sewage and water likes for the two RV hookups on my property. The craftsmanship and quality of their work was outstanding, and they did everything they could to keep costs at a minimum. I will always use ascend plumbing as long as I am in San Diego County.Also, when I had two pressure regulator failures, these guys came out within the hour, and had both replaced immediately for a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Professional work

I found Get Rooter on Thumbtack and sent a message. They quickly responded and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Manny (the technician) was fantastic ! He presented my options and took care of the work quickly. I would definitely call them again.

Bryan was our tech. We had intermittent GFCI tripping. Bryan couldn’t duplicate but didn’t give up. He tracked the indoor problem outdoors and found water in the outdoor box. He went the extra effort to walk us through what he was finding, he cut back damaged outdoor wiring to repair and put new outdoor cover over box. We are very happy with the work, professionalism and price.

I’ve been using ARS for 20yrs, but this was so far, my best experience. The technician, Miguel, struck me as a knowledgeable, experienced, straight shooter. He gave me reasonable options, explaining the pros and cons of each. His installation was efficient and neat, and he told me to call him directly if any questions or problems arise.

Fast and efficient! The whole experience was quick and painless. The technician arrived promptly (within an hour of my calling!), called to announce himself, and got to work. He was polite and quickly resolved the issues. He also gave us recommendations to prevent future messes. Local family business at its finest! The install was done quickly and professionally.The only concern was that one of the workers (Matt) did not a wear mask the entire time and had to be reminded to wear one . Even after being reminded he wore it a short time and then removed it and did not wear the mask.Other than that both Lee and Matt were courteous and professional.

Our water heater started leaking so we needed a new one. Byron and James came out to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and did a very professional job. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I felt I got better service from them and I could tell they take a personal approach to making sure the work is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. I had a great experience with ACE contractors, specifically Juan Pelayo who was our field technician. I called because I needed a quick fix for one of my rentals and Juan responded, completed the work and had such good interaction with my tenants that they specifically called me to thank me. Then I asked Juan to come fix an issue at my home and he came up the same day, stayed late to make sure the job was done right, and was friendly and personable with my entire family. I can’t speak more highly of Juan, but now that I have Ace saved in my phone I can delete all the other plumbers in my contacts!

My water heater has been making awful noises and I thought I needed to replace it, which is a daunting task. Josh came out and gave me his expert opinion, ways to alleviate the issues and when a realistic timeframe to replace it would be. No pressure and great advice, would highly recommend this company!
