Unlike tunnel vision from which other companies have conditioned me to, David used calculated moves ruling out and exposing all the clues before diving into best clue. This method saves total job time and ensures accurate results.To wrap it up, I could have literally spent my entire savings repairing my home from damages caused by my neighbors negligence.

Josh Troyes of Bill Howe came to clean out a slow-draining kitchen sink. He was professional yet friendly, careful to lose doors behind him and walking through the side yard to avoid wet shoes inside the house (greatly appreciated). At the end of the service, he gave me tips on how to keep my kitchen drain from getting clogged. Altogether, my experience with Bill Howe Plumbing was extremely satisfactory. I recommend them without exception.

Had a leak in my water line from the street to my house. On a Saturday morning! I dug up the line and found the leak, not thinking that I could get someone to repair it until the following week. I called Ideal, they were totally helpful and responsive. Don was at my house late in the afternoon and quickly repaired the line. Great customer service overall and very professional!

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.

Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently. However, because of the number of plumbers I've unfortunately had to reach out to over the years, as we have an older home, when you come across a great company, with great people, I felt I can take the time and leave a review myself.I already had quotes in hand from other Plumbing companies to have Pipelining done on a 75ft sewer pipe. By chance, I reached out to Perry Plumbing to help fix a water supply line leak and they heard I was getting ready to do some pipeling and they asked if they could also provide a quote. I of course said, no problem!To try to shorten the story, Nathan came out and was very thorough and provided me with a quote in no time at all. Their costs were very reasonable, however, the reason I went with Perry Plumbing for our Pipelining was simply because of the trustworthiness I felt with them and the confidence they have in their product and warranty.I definitely made the right decision. The pipelining process couldn't have gone smoother. Nathan was the Project Manager and his team that was onsite, led by Zach, were awesome. They were fine with me looking over their shoulders and asking questions all the time as the Pipelining process is pretty fascinating to me.I still have another 80ft or so of Cast Iron sewer line that will need Pipelining and it feels good knowing that I've already been through the process and that I've got the right company doing the job.
