Couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From time to first call to finished installation of a replacement tankless water heater was just a bit over 24 hours. Jesse and Adam were polite, professional and worked efficiently. Job site was pristine at the completion of the work.

We have used Bill Howes services before and have always been satisfied with their work. Today, however, we were presented with clogged pipes just hours before our dinner party. It just took 3 hours from my initial contact until they finished their service. We will not hesitate to use their services again.

Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

The Emory Plumbing team saved us :) We had an emergency gas leak + lock out. They were a little far from their normal service area, but they came, identified the issue, worked with our city and gas provider, and got us unlocked in a very short amount of time. Carlos was an amazing technician - kind, patient, and communicative. Thank you so much to this crew!

I’m extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from the technicians at Ideal. Phil Beaver was very knowledgeable about the heater/blower settings on my unit. I explained what was happening when the unit engaged and how I had both hot and cold spots in the house. The air didn’t seem to be mixing like it should. He adjusted the settings and explained what he had done and why he did it. What a difference in performance. It’s really working great now. I don’t even know when it’s on. Cudos to Phil and Ideal Plumbing!

We had a sewer backup on a weekend and ARS got us on the schedule for a drain snake on a Sunday. Ruben was very kind, quick, and professional (and was great with our excitable dog). He and his supervisor came back the next day to inspect our drain and propose a repair and they were both great. Service was extremely reasonable. We'll be adding Ruben and ARS to our toolbox of contractors from now on!

They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be Morey customer now and in the future. Rick C.

2am Saturday night and the water heater sprung a leak. Needed emergency service so started desperately calling around. Only 1 emergency service responded to me, called to tell me someone would be there within an hour and handled the problem. That was Carini. Their guys were very nice and 100% professional. Thank you!

Michael came out and took a look at my sewer situation at my apartment building. He was very nice and gave me his preventative maintenance suggestion to avoid future sewer problems. I will use him again in the future.

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! Highly recommend for great service, rates, and for professionalism.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business.
