Josh took care of this leaky faucet issue quickly and responded with working with my schedule. The cost was less than another vendor that contacted me and the receptionist and Josh were very polite to me. Covid safety guidelines followed and repairs explained and part replaced shown.

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

Our upstairs shower had a clogged drain, so I called Rooter Hero based off of a flyer I received in the mail. Aaron was so professional and friendly. He did a great job of informing me of what the issue was and his plans to resolve. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received today. I will request him personally if we have any future needs.

Called Charlie very early the morning after Christmas to fix an emergency for my shower. He picked up promptly and was at my house within 45 minutes to address the issue! What better service could you ask for during the holiday?! Charlie spent the time to go over the issues with us, the cost, along with all options we had to fix the issue. After deciding what route we wanted to take he very efficiently procured the parts and fixed the issue. His pricing is also extremely fair. I will be using Charlie for future needs and would recommend his to family and friends.

Awesome service..Very professional but super friendly at the same time I felt as though I knew him for much longer than just today. Showed that he cared to fix my plumbing problem and not just rush through it. To unclog the toilet I thought was a really good price already. But my toilet was messed up and so we had to buy a new one. The guy took the time to go with me to Home Depot and help me purchase one. He carried it for me and everything. Replaced my old one with the new one and it's working great and for that I thought was a really good price as well. Thank you!!!!

This is a great on time plumbing service! The plumber was punctual, took care with my house, and took to the time to fully explain what our problem was. He was upfront with how long it would take to make the repair, and his estimate was reasonable. I was impressed enough with their work that I recommended them to my neighbors. I would certainly call on them again if I were to have any future issues.

I chose Perry because they were recommended by my HOA. I didn't know they were so crazy expensive. They wanted to charge me almost $300 to change a toilet handle! I could buy a whole new toilet for that.They said these were the usual fees from the Plumbers Code Book, but didn't have any way for me to see this book. Toilet handles are $8 at Amazon or Ace and take10 minutes to install. They also charged almost another $300 to snake a sink 15 feet. I suppose that they do good work - they should at these prices.

We had a clogged drain that was not only backing up in our tub but causing water to come up in an adjacent bathroom. We called John Padilla Plumbing and asked if they could send someone in the next few days. They were extremely professional and, to our surprise, let us know someone could be at the house in the next 20 minutes. Sure enough, Julio was at our door ready to unclog the drain in 20 minutes. It took him another 20 minutes and he had the drain unclogged and running smoothly.As for Covid precautions, Julio was sure to wear a mask the entire time. He let us know a few of the techs have already received the vaccine and they are all working towards getting it.As Julio was leaving, he put a water pressure reader on our main line to make sure the city's water wasn't too pressured. This pressure check was for free. Finally, Julio let us know the job was guaranteed for 30 days.I couldn't have been happier with the service, professionalism, and responsiveness. I highly recommend John Padilla plumbing for all your plumbing jobs.
