I contacted Discount Plumbing and got a call back from Jose. Even though I decided to go with another company (no fault of Discount Plumbing) I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jose.

Tony Valderrama arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and within 15 minutes had the drain cleared and back in service. Professional and courteous. Money well spent.

Problem: slow bathtub drainPlumber that took the initial service call was professional, courteous and willing to help, however the second his supervisor showed up to the job, he was in salesman mode, then proceeded to inform me about different programs that would allow me to pull a second mortgage out in my house to pay for repairs, then put a stop to the work ( running Snake on roof vent), he wasn’t even willing to try and clear the drain line, stating that it was too much of a liability, however still charged me $200 even though the online promotion was for $140, after they left, attempted to use the restroom and found that all drain lines were completely plugged, and I could not use the restroom or sinks, it was now even worse than when they showed up, I called them back and they said that they couldn’t come back until the following afternoon, I called out a different company and they had the drain cleared within half an hour from start to finish, and then offered me alternative solutions for my drainage issues, their priority was me as a customer and then sales second, please do not call this company for your plumbing needs as their priority is sales

Charlie was great he was knowledgeable an even though the problem was not able to be fix informative an great customer service he was on time an professional an courteous.

Been using Plumbing Tree for years. Appreciate their skilled employees so I call when needed. For many years they charged by the hour and since they earned my trust I liked the hourly method. This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

I am selling my home and a home inspection revealed an active leak from the upstairs bathroom. Escrow was closing in 2 weeks and I needed a repair fast. I called AR Plumbing and Fernando came out on a Friday, gave me an estimate and started the following Monday even though it was a holiday. The source of the leak was identified and repaired the same day. Stucco and drywall access was restored a few days later and looks great. I highly recommend AR Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain.

I was in Chula Vista visiting family and realized we needed a plumber. I called California plumbing and scheduled an appointment, fast and friendly service. We got scheduled the next day. Chico, the technician came out and uncloged our kitchen drain. We also had him replaced kitchen faucet. Prices were reasonable and technicians are very respectful and clean. I hired Angel to convert my old tank water heater to a tankless and he couldn’t have been more of a professional. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I understood everything. He also checked with me on my preference for placement of various items before installing.
