Best Gas Leaks Plumbing in San Diego CA

I am so disheartened to report our once infallible plumber has bit the dust. PIC is NOT the company it used to be. Having used them for rentals for years, we immediately noticed when we began getting diverted immediately to a botched call center.In our quest to converge our business with a group of plumbers we trusted, we called them out to review and estimate our latest acquisition. We had them shadow our inspector, so we could be prepared for cost of repair and immediately get the job started at CLOE. For a single section of cast iron pipe (5ft including the toilet flange), accessible through a 3 foot for crawl space, they wanted $2,800.00, almost triple what they charged for an identical job 7 months prior!Because we trusted them, we began work immediately and did not question (out loud) the exorbitant increase. I was amazed when they got the job done in THREE HOURS! WOW, they are making $999.00/hour, I am in the wrong business!Two weeks later we get a clogged toilet, so my spouse crawls under to investigate. These, now, scammers had cut the pipe at the flange! They left the 152 year old cast iron flange in the floor! When we called them out on this obvious effort to deceive, they immediately became indignant and begrugingly completed the job of REMOVING ALL CAST IRON on that floor!Days later, we get a clogged toilet! They come back out and despite HAVING BEEN PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND HAVING BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE SCOPE AND NOTES FROM THE INSPECTOR DO NOT USE A SNAKE ON THESE CITY-SIDE- RELINED CAST IRON,CERAMIC, OUTLET CITY DRAINS, we come home to the guy bragging about using a heavy duty snake! He tore the lining out of the segment of cast iron at the sidewalk....!!!! We sent them the video and they have not replied.

Powers plumbing gave a quote for a bathroom renovation. They were prompt and very thorough. They took their time to explain the whole process from start to finish.

Ryan made a quote over the phone based on pictures which was very fair, he was on time and the work was easier than expected so he charged me less than the original quote.He came back multiple times to check for leaks after the joints cured for enough time.He's extremely professional and reasonable. I will call and use him for any plumbing job I have in the future. I've already called him back for another job

We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

I gave this 1star Because it annoys me that there is no free estimate. They charge from the time they Arrive on the job until the time they leave. This includes the time it takes him to make an estimate, The time it takes to write the bill, etc. for me this took 30 minutes. Over $60! And drain not cleared. My drain cleaner did it successfully fir $40. Very Disappointed and will never called him again

This company is always professional and efficient. The staff members are thoughtful and attentive to deal such as wearing coverings for their shoes and cleaning up after themselves with non toxic cleaners. They will explain the problem thoroughly and take time to make sure the job is done right. Best experience I've had with a plumbing company.

I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.

I wish all businesses were like this. They managed to fit in same day service, showed up on time and prepared, fixed the problem, fixed the problem that *caused* the problem, explained it all, and charged a very fair price. Outstanding and worry free. They are my go to plumbing company.

So glad I found Morey. Had a different company come out to check on air conditioning. Long story short, he couldn't seem to fix anything and tried to get me to replace it with a $5k model the next day. Obviously I needed to call someone else. The tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.
