It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. Been using Plumbing Tree for years. Appreciate their skilled employees so I call when needed. For many years they charged by the hour and since they earned my trust I liked the hourly method. This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

I gave this company a call after a friend referred them to me. They responded quick and efficiently to my needs. I had family over for the holiday, on new years eve my kitchen sink got clogged and luckily they were available to come get that fixed on new years eve. I was hesitant they would actually come being a holiday and all, but they came in less than an hour and had my kitchen sink fixed. Eric and Tony converted our three handle shower to a single handle. I didn't even know this could be done without tearing out the shower! Instead, they made a perfect oval cut to access the supply valves and reconfigure them for a single handle setup. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the shower looked better than ever.I don't know how we got by for over a decade with the three handle approach. If I would have known how easy this was, I would have done this years ago.They were easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations, too! They will be top of mind for future plumbing needs and I definitely recommend them!
