We needed a bidet installed after some painful surgery. These guys are helpful, down-to-Earth, on-time and knowledgeable.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. Great service! Martin did an excellent job installing my new toilet. Some bolts were missing, but he got them really quickly.

The service was good the price was excessive …IDK. But felt the quote was off…The repairs was made but be careful on the price. I was quoted 2500$ to replace a shower tap and another 250$ to replace the spout. After checking on Home Depot sites the price of similar shower tap was a fraction of the price quoted, at 175 to 250.. To rebuild the tap they quoted 745.00$ IDK if anyone out there knows pricing on repairs let me know if this was a fair price?…

We've used JP Plumbing on several occasions and up until today each technician/plumber sent was professional and friendly. Today it was a different story, the gentleman that showed up at our house was very rude to my wife and provided very poor customer service. He failed to address a defective fill valve (would get stuck preventing toilet tank from filling up after flushing) because it worked while I was here in spite of the fact that my wife explained it happened regularly but not all the time. Fortunately, I called back and they were able to send a different plumber to address the issue.

I've had multiple different companies out trying to diagnose issues with my Amana system that was installed by a shoddy company. They came out and were able to find that my thermostat was programmed incorrectly. Multiple companies got stumped by an air handler and didn't even think to check the thermostat.Great techs!

The techs, Tim and Bryan, added A/C to my existing central heating system. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and hard-working, keeping me informed and explaining the process when I had questions, including a thorough walk-thru upon completion of the installation. They were attentive to the details that demonstrate quality customer service such as a thorough clean-up and care to keep any mess and disruption to a minimum. As promised by the Sales Rep, Kurt, the project took two days. The techs came prepared with the parts, equipment and tools needed. Kurt was on-site at the start and followed up on the second day by phone, checking the progress of the project and handling my question about scheduling the QC and a subsequent drywall appointment. I am pleased and happy to give credit where credit is due. Thanks guys! I am definitely a satisfied customer.
