Terrible Service, they start the clock when they leave the office which was only 5 miles from my house and charged me for 1.25 hours for transit time. Gave me an estimate on repairs that was three times more than the next competitor. Stay clear of these guys.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off

I recently found myself needing to replace my HVAC system at my home. I called three companies to bid the job and did my due diligence research on the equipment each company was installing. By far Ideal plumbing was the most responsive and knowlegible on the subject. When I called with questions Cheryl was able to answer or get the answer and she wasn't reading off a script like one of the companies. Dan was my estimator and was very personable and custom built my unit to my very specicic needs. Phil and Catalino showed up when promised and both were very tollerant of my oversight and constant questions. They estimated 2.5 days and finished on schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality high performance HVAC system.

We have a new building where installations are a little tricky. We did some research for electricians and were fortunate we were led to Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. From the first call and giving us a quote in a timely manner, to scheduling a appointment it was all done efficiently. Our technicians were excellent. We had Anthony Zarco and Patrick install our fan and we cannot say enough great things about them. We now have this company down as a resource for future reference.

i have to say this was the most professional and pleasant technician that came to my house ! he found the problem - showed me the estimate and did the repair and i never had to ask a question because he gave me all the information up front - also when i called the young lady was so nice and helpful- i willhighly recommend this company to whoever asks for a plumbing need- i called 3 other places and they would have left me hanging till next week , including a reputable company that i used for my a/c and bought a home rewards membership policy stating that if i had an emergency they would be out within 24 hours- not true; truly disappointed because they would have left me hanging for 6 days .. this company was true to their advertisement. I thanks them so much for making the rest of this rainy day sunday tolerable !!

I was referred to this business for a commercial washout sink clog that has been a problem for 19 years. Rachel was the sweetest dispatcher I could ever hope for then James and Mason arrived within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and worked until the job was done right! These gentlemen could have gone for the hydro blast for much more money, but they took the extra time and cleared it completely! They were courteous, professional and never gave up. Thanks so much!

I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

If you want cheap work, go there but if you want to work with a person who has integrity and honest, run away. Tries to intimidate customers, rude, arrogant and unreasonable.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. David called 30min before arrival. He was on time, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about the items that we needed fixed. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. So we hired him on the spot. Will hire him again.
