First time using Bill Howe and I am so so HAPPY with there service! The have great experience workers!! I am so happy that I had to take this time to write a review for Tony! He was professional, polite and experienced. I am So happy because of Tony’s work I will us Bill Howe as the company with any issues I may have in Plumbing, heating, A/C and restoration & flooding! It is hard to find great workers, I should know I am engineer, so I believe that when a company has great workers like Tony it says a lot about the company! I so glad that Tony fixed my leaking problem right away from the time I notice the problem to the time of repair it was only a 24 hour turnaround and for that I think Bill Howe and Tony! I will not only use Bill Howe as my company, and I am now a loyal customer, will request for Tony to be the one to perform the work!! Tony THANK YOU so much I am appreciate all your hard work and knowledge!! Thank you!!

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He’s very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

Steve came in, isolated the problem, planned the repair... then fixed it perfectly without tearing up my beautiful floor! He is an amazing plumber with a very knowledgeable crew! A+++ work!

After our plumbing repair we needed our drywall and stucco repaired (from fixing the kitchen leaking pipe), and Ideal’s remodel technician Rene did an amazing job!

I contacted Morey Plumbing for a clogged toilet Shannon set up appointment she was friendly . Shannon offered same day service with a two hour window . That's great service . Shannon called to let me know that Paul would be arriving in 30. When paul arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly . Paul fixed the problem in a timely manner . I would definitely recommend Morey plumbing to family and friends.

Had them replace the sewer line between my house and the street.
They were early for the estimate and waited for me.
Their bid was much lower than their competition. Job was quick! 2 days, and started and ended just when they said it would. 5 months later, everything is working fine.

The cabinet under my kitchen sink was soaked. Water had soaked into the plywood and the sides of the cabinet were like sponges.. soaked. I figured I’d be paying lots of money to fix whatever pipe issues caused this. Jake from carinair showed up and said it was just a leaky nozzle on my sink and the water was running down thru an opening. Just needed to change the sink nozzle. I appreciate the honesty and that he didn’t try to find ways to charge me for repairs I didn’t t need 5 Stars

This company actually listened to my concerns, compared to others that simple did whatever they wanted.

Bill Howe encourages their employees to take their commercial trucks home and park them in private neighborhoods- whether they live there or not. The problem then lies with the inhabitants of these neighborhoods, as there is no where to park in an already congested area. The issue isn't whether it's legal- the issue is that it's not fair. Our neighborhood is upset because we already have trouble finding parking. I called Bill Howe to try to resolve the issue after seeing two of their employees park their trucks and leave in their smaller vehicles to go home. Their associate on the phone had no intention to resolve anything, was incredibly rude and even went as far as to insinuate that I was responsible for the vandalism that has been done to their trucks. It was very disappointing, as a native San Diegan, to discover that this is NOT a local San Diego family-owned company that values basic common courtesy, positive community relations, or meaningful conversations around conflict resolution- so much for we know Howe!!I definitely know Howe to hire another company for my plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs that actually CARES about the communities within our finest city.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.

I had an issue with my water heater. Left them a voicemail. The owner called me back within 1 hour and explained to me all my options. I explained to him all the different steps that I took to troubleshoot my water heater. He sent me one of his worker to check and confirmEd my findings. I just need to replace one part. He was honest and did lie or even push me to purchase a brand new water heater. Nowadays it is pretty rare to find an honest person. If you have any issue give them a call

Mark, the plumber was extremely nice and friendly but, most importantly, knowledgeable. Customer service from the office is not so great. UT overall, the job got done!
