Picked up a replacement faucet handle cartridge from their shop. Service was excellent. Friendly and professional.

I have an old heater with a lot of problems but getting a change of $75 to be told that and can’t be worked on. Requested a control valve replacement quote only. So $75 for info I already knew and a 10 minute flashlight inspection. Guy didn’t even have a lighter to test the pilot. Never addressed me as sir or Mr and just walked out after signature. No have a nice day sir, or even bye. Had to sweep up after his dirty feet too.

I had called and scheduled for an appointment for the next day between 9-11am. At 11am I didn’t get any notification from anyone so I called to the office and she apologized and told me the plumber was running late but would be there the latest at 12:30. Sure enough he showed up right at 12:30pm. For some reason he quoted me $450 to fix the problem which was a clogged sink. I thought that was a little too much, so my husband called the plumbing company that he used before. They came within an hour and told us it would take $250 to fix . Two weeks after, my sink has been working perfectly. Still I had to pay my $79 for the visit fee. Overall I am not happy with the price they quoted, the tardiness and lack of communication with them.

Luis quickly took care of a blocked drain after normal working hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely ask for him by name if we ever need anything else.

I have known Scott for over 10 years. He has done work on my home from simple and complex drain cleaning to plumbing fixture and repairs. I was doing a floor remodel a year ago and the floor contractor moved my fridge. When they unplugged the water hose the valve on the wall began to leak. I called Scott late in the afternoon and he immediately responded to me, fixing my leak and saving me from any severe water damage for my remodel. Furthermore, Scott is a good person and he is a fair businesssman.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.

Joe and his team were amazing. We had issues with the bathroom backing up, Above and Beyond came to the rescue. We ended up having them replace all of our old inky pipes with brand new ones. The crew was respectful and timely. We’re getting ready for a new project and Joe was my first call.
