Called came when they said they would looked at issue I called for gave me an estimate for what would be the solution. Said they would change a pipe and that would fix the leak and clogged sink. Gave me one price and then change it after they had started the job, said ok I asked several times of them doing what they had quoted would fix the issues and they said yes. Once job was done asked me to test the sink and guess what it clogged again and leaking started. So we are back to square one and short $850 after they gave me their professional opinion and estimate to fix the original issue! They started to blame the pipes and the old plumbing job told them why didn’t they snake the pipe before anything and they said because it wouldn’t make no difference. So they alluded to give me more ways they can fix the original problem I called them for. Quoted me another $1800 for a flush of the drain saying that’s what I actually need again after they had said that the pipe was the problem. So I said no thank you! I got another company to come and snake the drain that same afternoon and much to my surprise no more leak and no more clogged drain! So thank you for changing a pipe that had nothing to do with the issue I called for.

Customer service was exceptional and the technician, Raul, took care of business immediately. He was very professional, quick and polite. Team rooter plumbing is very fairly priced, some other company quoted me 4 times what I paid for Team rooter plumbing to come out. I am a satisfied customer and I recommend anyone calling Teem rooter plumbing before anyone else.

Called in and spoke with Rosa last week to schedule an appt. She was so professional and helpful. I was able to book an appt same day for my aunt for her clogged kitchen sink. They called me the day of the appointment to confirm the technician was on his way. I then received a text with the technician's picture shortly after. Awesome.Mike arrived on time for the panel upgrade estimate and he took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure nothing was left unanswered or misunderstood. Really appreciated his patience. No selling speech, no BS. The multiple detailed estimates were done on the spot and sent via email immediately.Only thing that could be improved is the $65 flat fee for just coming and doing the estimate. Understand why there is a fee but i think it could be a bit lower, like $30.

He was prompt to come to the house for estimate and schedule and complete the installation. He gave me good prices, even I upgraded to tankless water heater. He was referred to me and I will definitely reccomend him.

I have known Scott for over 10 years. He has done work on my home from simple and complex drain cleaning to plumbing fixture and repairs. I was doing a floor remodel a year ago and the floor contractor moved my fridge. When they unplugged the water hose the valve on the wall began to leak. I called Scott late in the afternoon and he immediately responded to me, fixing my leak and saving me from any severe water damage for my remodel. Furthermore, Scott is a good person and he is a fair businesssman.

We were very pleased with the service. Our salesman Joel was very helpful, helped us to get the right system. We had other estimates which were lower, but the salesmen were pushy in trying to get our business. We felt spending a little more was worth it. Very pleased with Jesse and Joseph the installers they did a great job, very respectful of our property. The office staff was helpful in setting up appointments and following up on the service. Great service, good prices, although not punctual but I can understand if the previous job takes longer. I work construction and things just run late all the time. So the fact that they were an hour late doesn't knock any points off in my book.

I'm a renter and my property manager uses this company. They are scammers that come in and give minimal effort to fix this issue. Then claim they can't fix the problem and they'll have to come back with different equipment. They rack up billable hours leaving you with your plumbing issues unresolved. They have been used twice at my unit and both times was the exact same result. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
