They have great communication, warranty their work, have flexible availability and really go above and beyond to ensure their clients are taken care of. Tina and Corey have been great to facilitate appointments for various services on multiple properties. We've used them for toilet and faucet installs, repair of showers and garbage disposals, fixing valves due to new appliance install and etc, literally everything we need.

We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

Ron Miller came to our house to assess and replace our leaking water heater. He was on time , professional, and friendly. He quickly removed the old water heater (under warranty) returned it with the replacement. Ron installed the replacement and explained the operation. Trying them out for the first time got a quote for $500 to remove 1 toilet two sinks and replace angle stops this is on a remodel job I took the countertop off removed the cabinets around the sink. Everything had easy access. He left the job twice for over an hour both times then came back finished his job and charged me $1,000. I said what happened to the quote of $500, he laughed and said no way I told you a thousand dollars. I said for a half day's work. Really

We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother.
