Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Andrew Johnson was an awesome plumber. Efficient, professional, and very courteous. He also talked me through the nature of the issue and how it was (or was not) related to some other issues we have had with our plumbing in our home. Strongly recommend!

I would really appreciate their water heater repair professionals. No one but them responded to our queries in the short time frame and assured us to fix the water heater issues in no time. They did everything swiftly, from fixing the clogged drain pipe to installing the new rod. No need to mention that their plumbers are professional. They all are experienced and knowledgeable. Great service, I had an emergency type situation which took about 20 hours to fix. The plumber/plumbers where on time for both days. Great job and would call them again in the future (I hope not) but you all know about the sewer.

No call no show

Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever you're home. From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship. Fernando has very knowledgeable people on his team who were able to answer any questions I had and they would communicate my concerns with him so he was kept in the loop at all times. These guys are a miracle! They will literally come to the rescue for when you need anything plumbing related, and when all is said and done, they're going to leave your place in much better shape.
