We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

I called day of and Rooter Hero was very prompt. They sent someone over within the hour. Jeffrey was our plumber who was phenomenal! He was very kind and professional. He was helpful, and showed me the issues with our drains. I can't say enough good things about him and the company!

You guys have one of your workers that lives by Radio dr that parks on the corner almost got in a accident because of your vehicle please tell that driver to park on the corner it's a blind spot

Fabulous courteous service

I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!

best plumber i ever met! knows his stuff (fixed a hot water direction issue in less than 3 mins.) that our handyman couldn't figure out. removed a broken thread off our shower (i broke it) and another plumber wanted to unnecessarily tear up the adjacent bathroom to get at and replace the pipes...saved me a lot of money there. he is neat and thorough, he cleans after himself (even wiped the water spilled with his own rag) he's pleasant, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor and is a good communicator, need i say more?

I am so happy that I called John Padilla Plumbing to assess my leaking shower faucet. From my initial meeting with Brandon, who provided an estimate for the work to be done, to his completion of the project, I could not have been more pleased or impressed. Brandon was on time, polite, professional, patient with his explanations, and extremely respectful toward me, my belongings and my condo space in general. He was also keenly aware of and attentive to the needs of my neighbors who had their water turned off during the majority of the work. I was especially delighted with the condition in which he left my bathroom after almost 5 hours of work. It was neat, clean and ready for immediate use.
