Nick showed up to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running. He wanted to put a new toilet in and charge me $695. I had someone else look at it and they found a zip tie blocking the seat and pulled it out and said I was good for at least 2 more years.

I very much recommend Anderson Plumbing, Hearing & Air. I have used their services for many years and their Technicians are wonderful to schedule. They always let you know when they will be arriving, along with photograph of the Technician. Once onsite, and especially during the Pandemic, each wears a mask! Their work is always professional, cost-effective, and is of the highest quality! I will always use their services in the future, and would certainly recommend Anderson to my friends and family!

We have used Bill Howe on a couple of occasions and would highly recommend them. Overall, they provide excellent service, take time to explain the issue and are so courteous and professional.The first time we needed a plumber was when our upstairs bathroom plumbing in our first home began leaking into our downstairs. After contacting 2 other local plumbers who tore a HUGE hole in our ceiling and charged us hundreds of dollars without even successfully repairing the issue we were fed up and were looking for someone who would guarantee their work. So... we contacted Bill Howe!Bill Howe was able to come right away and they actually had all of the parts with them which was so nice since the previous plumbers had to keep leaving to get different parts. Plus, the plumber form Bill Howe was so nice and explained everything he was doing and actually left us with guarantee/warranty on the job so that if we had any other issues we could easily call them back out free of charge.We actually never needed the warranty though because they completely resolved the problem in just one visit. We still own this property and the repair they initially made 3 years ago is still holding.Now that we are in our second home, we contacted them a couple months ago when our kitchen sink began leaking. Once again, they sent someone right away who was also super nice and explained everything he was doing. Literally, within 10-15 mins our sink was like new and the plumber cleaned up after himself.We've had such a great experience with Bill Howe that we honestly wouldn't even consider another company for our plumbing needs. They are fast, efficient and so nice to work with!

Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

Jorge did an excellent job, coming on time, calling before his appointment, explaining all he had to do and the price involved and doing a meticulous cleanup after. We had a clogged sink drain which prevented the use of both the insinkerator and the dishwasher, needing a more thorough clean out with a jetter and a scope rather than just a snake. We are very pleased with the quality and outcome.

Plummer had trouble with his rotor rooter machine that could not be fixed on the job. He right away call his shop and had another machine brought out. Clear my drain. Shot a camera down the main drain. Show me what was causing the problem. All this for $58.00. Thank You Juan Bernal Grate Job! I would call them again and recomend you ask for Juan if you need a plumber.

Well I can tell you that if your going to use a plumbing company I would highly recommend calling ARS Plumbing. They were very professional, polite and very easy to work with.with. on time and took care to make sure the job was done right. And so at a very decent price. Fernando is a good man and cares for his customers. Him and his crew were nice and easy to talk to. God bless you and your crew..ARS is the best.

This was the second time we had Kenneth, from HPS, at our house. Once was for a garbage disposal install, this time was to repair a broken water line in our yard. Both times we have been very happy with HPS. Their quality work and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

I called up Socal Plumber to fix our clogged toilet, and our slow draining kitchen sink. It was a weekend and I was wondering if there is a plumber available. They mentioned about their same day service, and so I booked an appointment. The plumber came in a couple of hours later and fixed the toilet and the sink drain right away. It is definitely worth the price. The plumber also wore a face mask and a shoe cover throughout the servicing, and he cleaned up his work area. Good job!

Bill Howe encourages their employees to take their commercial trucks home and park them in private neighborhoods- whether they live there or not. The problem then lies with the inhabitants of these neighborhoods, as there is no where to park in an already congested area. The issue isn't whether it's legal- the issue is that it's not fair. Our neighborhood is upset because we already have trouble finding parking. I called Bill Howe to try to resolve the issue after seeing two of their employees park their trucks and leave in their smaller vehicles to go home. Their associate on the phone had no intention to resolve anything, was incredibly rude and even went as far as to insinuate that I was responsible for the vandalism that has been done to their trucks. It was very disappointing, as a native San Diegan, to discover that this is NOT a local San Diego family-owned company that values basic common courtesy, positive community relations, or meaningful conversations around conflict resolution- so much for we know Howe!!I definitely know Howe to hire another company for my plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs that actually CARES about the communities within our finest city.
