Very responsive and excellent communication skills. They didn't even charge me for a house visit when they realized my tenant didn't run the garbage disposal and that was causing the issue. Anyone else would have charged. I will definitely use them again.Update: I used PIC again. I called late at night and they not only responded immediately but sent someone out the next morning. These guys are honest, reliable and explain everything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

Exorbitant pricing on the replacement of a toilet flapper. The flappers sell for about $10 and they wanted $202 to install it. I will think again before I call Anderson

We called Bill Howe because we had a sticky faucet in the bathroom vanity. They sent a plumber who worked for several hours and charged us $738 for the service. The first time we used the faucet after this service, it came off in our hands. The next day they sent another plumber who took the faucet and said he'd return with a replacement. After two weeks, with no time frame for when the new part would arrive, we complained about the hole in our sink where the faucet should be and they sent someone to put in the old faucet until the new one came. After over a month, the new part arrived and they sent someone to install it. Their follow-up service was great, but we think $738 to repair a sticky faucet was extremely expensive. We will not use Bill Howe in the future.

I dropped a soap dispenser in my sink and cracked it. One contractor said they would have to rip out my countertop and install a new sink. Paws Plumbing offered a free visit consultation and Michael and Jake came. Since it's an under mount sink, they helped me order a similar one online to fit my vanity. Michael came out and did the work. I'm so thankful for their honest service and good pricing.

These guys are amazing! Truly quality service. Their men are always happy and communicate well. Definitely recommend their services to everyone.

I needed help on a Sunday. I called a few places and they didn’t seem too interested about helping on a Sunday. I called this business spoke to Fernando and he said he would be out to take a look. He came in the morning he was professional and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. This is a locally owned business located in the South Bay. If anyone in the Southbay is looking for a good honest plumber I would highly recommend!

They came out to detect a leak. Told me where it was and gave me a quote of 3700 dollars to fix. I reached out to two other licensed plumbers both gave me quotes below 1700 dollars. One fixed it and it turns out they were wrong about the location of the leak. Hired another company and they found exactly where it was. I asked for a refund and they told me it was the fault of the company I hired. No accountability and very bad methods as compared to the other company I brought it. Offered nothing but to come back out and charge me again. Do not use them if you want anyone to stand behind their work.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable
