Called and answered phone (unlike 2 others I tried to contact). Very professional and informative. They listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I have a repetitive clogging issue and they scoped it and advised me on long term solution options. Other plumbers simply unclogged and left. Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

When you encounter a plumbing problem in your home you need help quickly and Ryan was responsive; he answered my call right away and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. I manage a nice mid century Apartment building in Bankers Hill. 1965 with mostly older plumbing until I met Chris 3 years ago. Together we have fixed, replaced or bypassed a good deal of it. He comes lickity split when I've got issues that need immediate attention. He can replace water lines in the wall like a magician. Kudos to this great guy! Super approachable and he knows his crapola... I highly recommend him.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever you're home. From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship.
