Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Diego rescued us from a very strange plumbing problem. We had roots growing in our pipes and not only did they immediately recognize what it was they new exactly how to handle it. Mr. Lee was very fair and very precise with what needed to be done. No wondering or confusing talk into trying to manipulate us into a higher more complicated issue. They came out fixed the problem and it was done. No more back ups or need to come out to continuously fix an “ongoing issue” just one and done. No stress and no more mess. Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

Kitchen sink and laundry drain to main line were slow. I called Rooter Solutions SD and they said a technician would be out within 1-2 hours. Alberto, the technician called me within 45 minutes and was promptly here a short time later. He showed up, listened to my problem and then proceeded to go to work. Half way through he stopped to clean up as to manage the overall mess. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. (Thanks again Alberto!) I'm definitely going to use them should I need to. Great, professional service.

It's a good company. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is very good. I've been using them for about 4 years now and they have always done a great job.

The service was good the price was excessive …IDK. But felt the quote was off…The repairs was made but be careful on the price. I was quoted 2500$ to replace a shower tap and another 250$ to replace the spout. After checking on Home Depot sites the price of similar shower tap was a fraction of the price quoted, at 175 to 250.. To rebuild the tap they quoted 745.00$ IDK if anyone out there knows pricing on repairs let me know if this was a fair price?…

Lucky for us, we have a clean out in front of the house where he was able to run his main line cleaner through. We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future
