Clarence and Xavier were respectful and efficient. They accomplished the impossible! They made every effort to get the leaky pipe taken care of without having to go through our neighbor's adjoining wall! They even saved us some money. This is the second time I've used Bill Howe. Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.

I called Perry Plumbing after I was waiting for Drain Patrol Plumbing for 2 days for some one to show but I was told there was no plumbers available even though they set a time for one to show for both days!! Perry Plumbing got to my mom’s house in less then 30 minutes after I called, Richard Valencia was very professional & finished the repair in less then an hour. Richard also answer questions about HMA plumbing issues I have with my condo!! That’s customer service!! I definitely recommend Perry Plumbing!!!

Bill Howe has been parking a lot of their trucks in our neighborhood that is ALREADY tight on parking. I saw three of their trucks parked here the other day and its getting ridiculous. It started off with one and now they are slowly adding more. Please read Ashley's review, of course Bill Howe's response to the review is cordial there because it is public facing forum. Let's see if they hold true to their word by removing the trucks.
