My kitchen faucet broke and my garbage disposal stopped working. I purchased both items and called Bill Howe for a plumber to install them. They sent out their technician Miguel Gomez. I was truly impressed with Miguel. He knew exactly what he was doing, did both jobs in a very professional manner and quickly, with a positive attitude. This is the first time I have used Bill Howe Plumbing and thanks to the great job Miguel did Bill Howe has a customer for all my future plumbing needs.

Byron Hoch and his team did exceptional job repairing my sever problem. With multiple obstacles,like removing huge tree and repairing addition water and sprinkler system pipes, they work tirelessly every day with integrity and efficiency.

We put in a quote request throught their online form. They called us 5 minutes later to schedule the service call, the customer service person was super nice and answered our questions.After the came to our home, they provided us with a scope of work which we approved and by the end of the day they were all done. We had a catastrophic water heater that flooded our garage in the middle of the night. They moved scheduling around that day to replace the heater.....we’re at our house until 9pm.Very professional, excellent job and extremely accommodating. Without their help we would have been without water for a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Alex was here within 12 hours of my call to install a C wire in my new NEST thermostat. He was able to consolidate my humidifier control into the NEST so that I can manage both heating and humidity through the NEST app. I am very happy with his work.

My friend had an emergency situation at her house in point loma and the only san diego plumber that answered the phone at all were these guys. Granted it was like 1am. We were busy trying to keep the carpets from being totally destroyed (a pipe had burst) so we didn't even notice he had showed up lol. After a short time the plumber was able to stop the water from flowing everything and destroying the house!

We use Carini Heating and Air because of their dedication to quality, service and educating the customer.Anthony did a fine job . He arrived on time , was skilled, knowledgeable and personable.You can tell he truly cares about his work.I appreciated the way he explained the work he was doingin terms that I could understand.He added refrigerant to the AC.He diagnosed and fixed a problem that was in the wiringin the interface between the heating unit and ac unit.(That wiring had been improperly installed by a different AC company - not Carini.)We feel lucky to have found a trustworthy company for our heating and ac needs.

Our Tech Sam Basave was on time and even put booties on to protect my floors. He inspected our system, washed our filter, reinstalled. Measure the heat from the vents. Very knowledgeable. Explained dampers and their efficiency. We are going to call to have installed. Informed us about our yearly program expiring, I activated another year. We also scheduled for air conditioning to be checked before August. Easy, fast and satisfied. Bill Howe has been parking a lot of their trucks in our neighborhood that is ALREADY tight on parking. I saw three of their trucks parked here the other day and its getting ridiculous. It started off with one and now they are slowly adding more. Please read Ashley's review, of course Bill Howe's response to the review is cordial there because it is public facing forum. Let's see if they hold true to their word by removing the trucks.

Had a major plumbing leak late night. Called All Aloha Plumbing. Louis arrived onsite in 30 mins. Diagnosed issue, explained repair and was professional and clean. Will use them again.

I wanted to give them a chance - I really did. But the other negative reviews were warranted. As a matter of fact, the technician I had said, well why don't you go on Yelp and give me a bad review then. Really, that's a great solution. In summary, tech came to the house, tested water to see how long it would take to run out of hot water, told me it wasn't nearly long enough, called FHW to get approval for a new water heater, got the approval (he was on speaker phone), set up the appointment for next week to install. I checked the brand of new water heater that they wanted to install, and it had terrible reviews, and wasn't nearly the same quality as the one I had. I called next day, and Express said they would handle it with warranty company and call me back. No call back (they lied and said they did). I called, had the rep on the phone - this time extremely rude and condescending and totally back-tracked on his assessment of needing a new water heater. In short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING EXPRESS. FHW will say they are the best they have, so I guess, my opinion - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH FIDELITY HOME WARRANTY either!!
