I am always pleased with the service and technicians at 1st Call. I am impressed with the customer service as well. Very polite and knowledgeable technicians are hired at this company. They are always honest and dependable. 1st Call is my first and only call when I need repairs or installations.

AJAX was the first to respond to our request for a quote. They were also the only team we ended up needing to hear from. That’s because they were professional from the minute they arrived— until they cleaned up and left. Toby and Dillon were excellent. They assembled our faucet, water lines and drain perfectly. They hooked up our griddle to the gas line. Triple checked for any leaks. Installed our vents. And made sure we were happy with the work every step of the way. We truly are very thankful for their hard work and fair price. We’ll be keeping AJAX in our contact list for future use. Don’t hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs as well.

George was very helpful. Quick, on time, and explained everything thoroughly, including how to help prevent a recurrence in the future and how to do some maintenance myself.

Had a great experience working with Jeremy from CALIENTE Plumbing Heating & Air. Jeremy cleared a toilet drain for me, then took the time to help me select and purchase a new toilet (that he then installed). Additionally he replaced the hot/cold water shutoffs on a downstairs bathroom, and then replaced the vanity with an updated unit. Jeremy also took the time to explain in detail the work that he was doing, and why! A great overall experience, and the work was very reasonably priced. As a side-note, CALIENTE Plumbing Heating & Air contacted me from Angi’s list from San-Antonio, but they obviously have a presence in DFW (I live in Little Elm).

Efficient, professional and friendly

Joe Hernandez was professional and hard working and got water flowing through my cold water faucet without having to do extensive un-needed work. Appreciate how quickly roto-rooter is able to get technicians out and how the technicians are able to problem solve and keep you aware of the cost before they do anything so you aren't hit with a surprise when you see the bill. Very pleased!

This was one of the only places that would provide a free estimate (and no service call charge) to tell me how much it would cost to install cutoffs on my bathroom sink. The charge for the service was reasonable, and David was able to accommodate my schedule and quickly complete the work. Other companies gave me a 4 hour arrival window just to look at it, so I'm glad that I called people's choice!

I called to get a quote on having ac installed in my home. I spoke to a Miss Jessica, she was very helpful and friendly. She also mentioned they have maintenance plans and other services. If their products and techs are as good as the customer service I will definitely be calling them when we are ready.

Kyle & Nate with A&A Plumbing were life savers! We noticed a leak in our bathroom Monday night and they showed up Tuesday afternoon. A&A is definitely ahead of the cusp with their tracking technology. When the guys were on the way, the dispatcher alerted us, sent a text with the plumber's picture and GPS tracking that showed their ETA.
