I called many plumbing companies from an issue that happened late at night. Roto Rooter was the only one I was able to actually speak to someone. They booked me as fast as they could. Brian Bell was the master plumber that came by and he resolved the issue very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.
