Best Slab Leaks in San Antonio TX

I had a leaking water heater. Doug came out to fix it the same day I called and was very friendly and professional. I had a different company come out earlier in the day and they told me I needed a new water heater but could repair it for close to $2k. Doug said a new water heater would be ideal but wasn't necessary and repaired it for under $350. Definitely coming back for future service.

I got home around 11:30PM to find a bedroom and part of the garage flooded. I did a Google search for plumbers but Will's All Pro Plumbing was the only service able to respond to the call at that time, and was able to do so within 30min. They were very courteous and professional. I received text message updates that the technician was on his way, and was provided a photo of the technician and his rating. Benjamin Tracy was quick to assess the whereabouts of the leak and was able to stop the leak promptly. The repair costs also didn't send me into a panic, they were very reasonable for the work that had to be done. They were also affiliated with a restoration business that was able to provide me an estimate to repair the water damage so I could submit the estimate to the insurance company. I highly recommend this business!

The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood everything the whole way through

Carlos Z. Is the embodiment of customer service. If I were the owner of the company, I would give this man a raise immediately. He went above and beyond his job duties. He communicated with me and my wife effectively throughout the entire process. He showed up on time and explained in detail what he was doing and why he needed to do it and described everything in a manner in which my wife and I could easily understand. We had three different companies come out prior to Goettl and they all failed to actually fix our issue. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Carlos had identified the issue and offered multiple solutions that were very much affordable for us. I highly recommend Goettl and especially Carlos for all of your ac/heating/plumbing needs. He will take very good care of you and your appliances. Everything was working at peak performance after he left and they are still running great even after a month of getting everything serviced. Great company, great service, and I cannot emphasize this enough, great technician. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt like this employee deserved a special shout-out for his dedication and commitment to 5 star service. We will never use a different company ever again!!! Plumbit Plumbing Services owner Henry Sauceda showed up to access issues with our water pressure. Henry was professional and explained every detail. He explained all the options available and did not try to up sale. Repairs were reasonable and compatible with free estimates.

All went well, except that a screw was not put back in the compressor housing. I discovered this when I noticed it was vibrating loudly after the preventive maintenance visit. I have put a substitute screw in place, but it is not be correct type. Please come and fix properly. Thanks.

Rene did an excellent job on my leak and great communication. He let me know what was wrong and took care of the problem in a timely manner. He was reasonable and courteous.

We woke up to a busted water heater flooding the house. I contacted Carlos and he was at our house within 2 hours. I was also convinced that the unit needed to be replaced costing us Thousands. My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Jose from Ak plumbing services fixed my water heater and did great job ! I called another place and they said I needed a new water heater. And I couldn’t afford it. So I called Ak plumbing services that I found on the next door app. And they fix my water heater by changing out a few different parts, over half the cost!! of a new water heater.
