Best Shower Valve Repair/replace in San Antonio TX

It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

I had an issue with a backed up toilet in November. Looked up and called multiple plumbers. Most did not answer or returned my messages. I called and left a voicemail with People's Choice Plumbing and received a call the following business day. The employee that came out was prompt and knowledgeable. Dave the owner sent a text informing me that the employee was on his way. Dave’s administrator was great to speak too as well. Issue was taking care of, no back up since the visit. Had a wonderful experience with Anchor Plumbing today! Their communication was great, with text update and a call when the technician was on the way. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment and the technician, Brandon, was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He fixed my issue (a leaking kitchen sink!) and took a look at some other plumbing items in the house just to check everything out while here. We recently bought the house, so he was able to educate me on several general plumbing items that are good to know as a new home owner and explained what are good items to address now vs later. I asked a lot of questions and he gave detailed explanations about what to look out for in older homes like mine. He was able to fix my issue quickly and for a great price. I also learned a lot in the time he was here! I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs!
