Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Alex came out for a warranty call and was quick and very helpful, he offered advice and even took a look at another issue without me having to call it in.

I made the huge mistake of buying a new system from another company. In less than a month the new system stopped working. I called comfort air and a young and very efficient technician named Diego diagnosed the problem. The new unit was overloading and tripping the breaker. He was able to repair it immediately. Comfort Air is a little higher than most AC companies but they are worth it. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them.

My nest thermostat went black & I contacted will-fix it.They were able to send a tech to my house within 4 hours of my first phone call.Sergio was very knowledgeable & provided a great service. He checked for what was wrong, made his recommendations & took care of it by replacing the blown fuse/thermostat, and installed surge protectors. He also recommended long term filter that only needs to be changed by one of their maintenance guys every 6 months (our current filter location requires climbing a ladder to be able to to change it out).He explained everything clearly and was very courteous and respectful.Thank you!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
