After I started talking with the guy he clearly had no clue what he was doing and the install team had to come behind and clean up his mess.Install guys were great but their sales guy was very disappointing in communicating with his team what was to be done and the exact price.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! YALL CAN FIND BETTER.

Robert had a quick response time on site. The electric company has been out to my property 2 times because of their faulty transformer in the last month. December 23, & again last week in Jan 26. Then this week 5 days later Tuesday Jan 31 9 am power turnt off again, for about 1-2 minutes and then turnt back on causing a major power surge which caused an electrical fire to start. Long story short after fire dept said power surge started the fire, electric company came out pulled meter til Electrician could come out. Electrician (Robert) showed up on the scene and was able to determine how & where the power surge entered my home. They worked non stop in this winter storm to start replacing all electrical wiring that burnt up from the power surge too do just enough to at least get some power back on in my property. Several several several hours later into the wee hours of the night that part of the job was complete. They returned a few hours later in the morning to start working on replacing the burnt up panels with new ones and also added surge protectors to the new breaker boxes so if the transformer has another fault and shuts off and on when it surges these breaker boxes at my home will stop it before the surge entered my home. They completed that part on the 2nd day at around 6:30 pm. I can't say how grateful I am to Robert and his crew special thanks to Mark and Jacob who worked diligently and kept me informed of every step of the way as well as Robert who handled everything with my home owners insurance company as well sending them everything they need to get the insurance claim started answering all their questions as well, submitted pictures of the protect before during and after. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for everything you all have done. I know I can only give a 5 star rating. But if I could go higher and a ?% rating I would most definitely do so.

Eric came within an hour of communicated what was wrong. Great customer service and keeping us informed as he looked at everything. He even gave helpful tips to help reduce our electricity bill. We will definitely use him again.

I was having issues with an outdoor outlet. They were able to fit me in to their schedule quickly, and arrived promptly. Turns out my issue was minimal - but they were quick to troubleshoot and didn’t make me feel bad for calling them out for something I should have been able to do on my own. Thankful I called someone with integrity who didn’t overcharge or condescend me for my lack of knowledge. Will recommend to all my neighbors for these reasons!
