BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Dont know about this company, ive never called them and they called me by name? I find that disturbing. Then when i called them back said the # im calling is not in working. So no i dont not trust them.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

Chris arrived timely, explained his process to see what caused the water back up in our house. Cleared the line and showed me the line from his camera. He advised preventative measures and referred me to a restoration company. Friendly, courteous and informative.

It’s hard to find a company that does great work at a fair price. I called Airco to help me with a small electrical problem. They were quick and very knowledgeable.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
