Needed power outlet added. Called and made an appointment for estimate. Allgood was quick to respond and actually arrived (with permission) early. Gave me a reasonable estimate along with a plan to accomplish the job.Before long (about two hours) Ron and Manual were packing up, my job was complete, even with a couple of unforeseen hiccups, (this is older home and you never know what’s hiding behind those walls.)They were fast, efficient and worked well as a team. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I called and the receptionist/office manager said she would call me back. They never did... so I called someone else and booked an appointment right away. Customer service is important people!

This company fails to give you full information prior to making an appt and then acts like you the problem when your unaware of possible costs and call them about the issue. I can't say that they do bad work but the original customer service was not good. Even when the technician git here the first thing he disclosed to me was did they tell you about the cost. And he even stated that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't have a problem with paying for service, my issue is at least give the courtesy of allowing the customer to be prepared

Our kitchen light went out. We called Bell Electric and Vin gave me an estimate over the phone and said he could have a crew out at 7 am the next day.At 7 am the following day the two man crew arrived. They wore booties to protect the floor and proceeded to diagnose and repair the light fixture. The work took an hour and a half because the wiring was old and complicated. They repaired not only the light fixture but the switch as well.Chris and his partner were the best. Knowledgeable, proficient and professional, they repaired both and I received an invoice via email the same day for a surprisingly fair amount.Val was amazing. If you need electrical workdone I highly recommend Bell Electrical. I know I’ll be calling them again if I need anything.I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Based on other reviews, I chose Hunter Electrical Service to install my manual transfer switch and home surge protector. I wanted this installed after being without power in February 2021 for 3.5 days. The service was excellent. They came out and gave me a free estimate on all the work I wanted done. Communication was also excellent. I'm satisfied with the work performed and am planning to have them come out soon to complete other work. They worked quickly, and met or excited all scheduled completion dates, and we’re under budget. Blackbelt AC & Electric did an outstanding job correcting botched electrical previously done. What I thought was saving money ended up costing me more to correct.
