Best Regular Inspection in San Antonio TX

I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment for late afternoon with the assurance that if a slot opened beforehand I would get a call (really appreciated that as I had the water to the house shut off). Within thirty minutes I got a call that a team was on the way. Within no time Dan and Austin assessed the problem and quickly replaced my Hose Bibb. the work was done in a timely manner and the cost was consistent with what I was quoted on the phone. Dan and Austin were friendly, careful of my property, and explained what was needed and what might be needed. Thanks to all of you for such great service. David changed out an old double faucet on the back of the house, added a shutoff at the house and then ran a line under the decked porch and out about 30 feet into the yard. They put two faucets there, one for yard sprinkler and another for my little greenhouse. His work was professional, neat, and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Chambliss Plumbing.

I found a leaking outside faucet while checking outside my home in preparation for freezing weather. Called Bluefrog plumbing and they were able to get a plumber out within a few hours and changed it out for me. I was very pleased with the response and service.

Mr. Karl showed up on the same day for us, reviewed the situation, and told us the different approaches he might have to take to resolve the issue. After figuring out the problem, he went straight to work and even changed out our old pipes to a more efficient drainage system! I was very impressed with his expertise and also appreciative.1st Call Plumbing came to our rescue and I would recommend them and use them again in the future, if I ever have a plumbing problem.

Premier plumbing was amazing! Jonathan was very friendly and reflected great Customer Service. He took the time to explain the problem and fixed the issue on the time out.

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Husam was excellent very patient answered all of my questions and he explained everything that needed to be done.

They were here quickly when my husband punctured our water pipe and their fees reasonable. We had them come back to install a water softener the following week!Highly highly recommend this group and their team!

This morning I had no intention of buying a new AC system. We thought normal wear and tear replacement. Based off the attitude and professionalism of our tech we will go ahead and purchase the new system. Ryan was Absolutely awesome. His overall knowledge for being as young as he looked was admirable and he was very to the point on what he could and could not do. Took the time to explain our options and my wife and I made a comfortable decision for a major purchase. This is the second time dealing with “We fix it” and will most definitely not be the last. Refreshing to see that level of customer service is still going strong in some organizations. Very pleased with this company.

Very professional and kept the work areas clean

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

Primary service requested was to replace a pressure reducing valve due to low water pressure in the house. Called A&A and they sent a plumber within hours. Chris W listened to everything else I wanted done and explained everything he and his apprentice Tanner would be doing. They didn’t have the bathroom sink I wanted replaced but got it delivered quickly. Both Chris and Tanner were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have used other plumbers in the past, but I will definitely be using A&A again. In addition, they are local, and I like to support local businesses when possible.
