We had a slow toilet seal leak in an upstairs bathroom that was not noticed for an unknown period of time. Because the underfloor and joists had been wet for awhile, there was a likely chance we were going to have to have structural repair done. Sam from Roto-Rooter was diligent and patient in working with us over the course of a week to remediate the water, moisture and mold. At the end of the week the area was dry and clean enough to validate structural repair was not required. Great customer service!

Had these “pros” come out and fix a leaking hose bib. They identified kitec plumbing, which was recalled years ago and had failed. Gave me a song and dance about how expensive the fittings are to repair the leak (actually, about $14 if you purchase them online), so they could charge over $800 for the repair (I needed the repair ASAP as I had no running water). Fast forward about 5 years and the fitting failed. New plumber saw the previous work and was amazed that it lasted as long as it did since it was the wrong type of fitting. He did a new, professional repair for $325. AAA should be ashamed of themselves.

Outstanding service at a good price. Joseph and his team were very responsive and took care of the situation right away. Our tankless water heater died and Rapid Response Plumbing was able to get a new one and install it the next day all at a great price. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
