We were given a time window and Joe B. called almost two hours prior to expected time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly afterwards and found our leak right away. He provided an estimate for the repair to which I agreed to and he fixed the issue quickly. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up the area nicely. Receptionist Tracey who took my call was also great with explaining fees and scheduling. Highly recommend Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning.

Ralph and Tony were great. They did all the things fast and well for my flood inspection and water heater flush.However, I was texted and told that I would be informed when they were on the way and 30-40 minutes out. I got no text before they showed up, so it was a bit of a surprise. This company seems to have an issue with this. When they replaced my A/C unit this past summer, I got a text with a picture showing the guy who was supposedly on the way right then, but it was nearly 2 hours before anyone showed up and it was two different guys than the picture of who I texted.

Not off to a good start. They haven't sent a plumber yet, but they almost did.I missed a call from them by no more than two seconds and they did not leave a message. I immediately called them back and was sent to their operator instead of whoever had tried calling. They got in touch with dispatch and they had sent the plumber to a different call already!Not only that, but the operator expressed essentially no sympathy or understanding to this extremely frustrating experience and the way she said Okay? at the end of the call, felt like a please shut up so I can help someone else now.So now I have to stressfully wait by my phone all day so I don't miss their next call. Let's hope their plumber (whenever they're sent) brings this three star review up to a four.

I had a sudden, complex water pressure emergency. My water pressure went to near zero after turning on a shower or flushing a toilet at the same time. I checked everything: PRV, softener, whole-house filter, line blockages, could find nothing. Paul came over same day, making changes in his schedule, to help solve our emergency. He immediately identified the problem, and made recommendations for several options to fix, all at reasonable prices. His work was professional, his approach customer friendly, and pricing very reasonable. And... we had water back to the house before my wife got home from work (happy wife, happy life!)

I think it’s important to note that a total of 5 people with a plumbing background came to my home to help me figure out why we were billed for 37,500 gallons of water. Some I paid for them to show up, to still not get any answers, some I didn’t. None of them could detect the leak and not many of them truly made an effort to do so.The last company that came out were a lot more diligent than the last but his misdiagnosis led me to Will Fix It.When I called them, the receptionist immediately wanted to help and dispatched Jesus the following day. Jesus arrived and was so professional. I explained he was the 5th person to come out and he immediately apologized for my experiences even though they had nothing to do with him and took his time to isolate the leak, keeping me informed every step of the way.The next day he returned with his supervisor on a Saturday mind you and they went through the tests again to ensure they had it right. Keep in mind, that same day we had roof inspection people out as well as an adjuster for the roof, the day was very busy and I was completely overwhelmed with everything that was going on with a house I just purchased.But Jesus and Ruben made this process so easy for me. He told me what the cost would be to fix it all, let me know they had financing and pointed out another area with issues that was not up to code. Their honesty and due diligence is what made me sign without getting any other estimates. I trust Will Fix It and I am proud to say that. I am so glad I made that call and thankful for the misdiagnosis that led me to do so.Thank you for taking care of me and my little family. We are forever grateful.

I highly recommend TX Plumbing Diagnostics! Their prices were reasonable! The guys were absolutely professional — in manner and expertise. They used state-of-the-art equipment to pinpoint exactly where my main drain line was broken. They repaired it quickly and efficiently. It seems to me that this company has the latest equipment, resources, knowledge and techniques. And their customer service is first rate. Dixie in the office is utterly professional, friendly and wants to make sure her customers are taken care of!

The man did a wonderful job with my garbage disposal repairl. They arrived when they stated they would. And they were very accommodating in moving my appointments. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

This repair involved excavating to reach the problem. In a little over an hour Juan completed the repair, at a very reasonable price. Juan was extremely polite and efficient. I would recommend this company over any other plumbing comany I have ever used.

We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work.
