The company, Will’s Plumbing and Air, was in constant contact with me over this appointment and let me know when the technician would be arriving. The technician, Husam, was very professional and polite. As he was working I asked him questions about what he was doing and the results. He answered my questions and showed me photographs he had taken of the wiring and compressor in the air conditioner He also looked inside the attic briefly and made some recommendations. Very pleased.

I have used Tietze Plumbing three times now. Always very satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, experience, and honesty. Will definitely continue to use them.

He improvised a better, more preventative solution than we had originally decided on, asked me to approve it for no change in cost, and then made it look easy.I have been through a handful of plumbers, and Gill Plumbing smoked all of them. Will's installed a gas tankless water heater for me five years ago and I have loved it. It needed servicing so Albert returned from a few years' back to change the filter and clean the burners. Everything went smoothly and I am good for another 5 years on the burners. Will's is an expert Rinnai service company. Professional, friendly, and very clear communication on the process and costs.

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

Technician Diego did an excellent job, both with the care and craftsmanship of his work AND his courtesy in explaining everything he did. We've been taking ALL of our HVAC work to Comfort Air for over 20 years now. Less than two yrs ago, that relationship also included the purchase/installation of a completely new Carrier Infinity system along with an upstairs HVAC system AND a ductless mini-split unit in a special room (3 units in total). There's a reason why we've been so loyal: Comfort Air just takes care of its business they you want them to, with class and professionalism.

They arrived on time, and were honest about the problem I was having (leaky sink). They gave me different options and explained the pros and cons of each. They fixed it fast and the price was reasonable. I felt they were knowledgeable and honest. They have helped me before with an old water heater (still working!) and I will definitely call them again.

Never doing business with this company. They get a 1 Star because the work got done.We had just moved into our new office down the road, and we figured we would support our small business neighbors. We needed some work done for our Cert. of Occupancy - water heater & P-trap under sink. Over the phone they quote me $170 an hour, plus parts and the water heater permit, but they would need to come out first to give us a better estimate. They come out and do the evaluation. I ask “170$ an hour, plus permit, plus parts, right?” He says “yes, I’ll send you the estimate when I get to the office via email.” I receive the estimate and I confirm that the estimate includes all the work needed to be done, and I get a “yes.” We agree for them to come out.There was some miscommunication in the morning with the plumber, but he came back and got the job... minus the air circulation issue in the water heater room, we decided to do that ourselves.We get the bill and it was for the FULL amount on the estimate! Even though we opted to do some of the work ourselves....So my business partner calls and questions the secretary and asks for an itemized list. They make “an adjustment” but now we have some new fees that were never mentioned before! Admin fee and overhead and project??? What in the world? We run a small business too and this is factored into our hourly rate...we don’t surprise our clients with hidden fees! If you do business with these people maybe ask for an itemized estimate to make sure they aren’t sneaking in any hidden fees.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

The toilet backed up and we couldn't plunge it down. I called AK Plumbing and had someone out in no time. Cost is reasonable and the arrived on time. We are very satisfied.
