Best Hot Water System in San Antonio TX

We unexpectedly had a pipe leak and didn't know for over an hour. When we called 1st Call, they were literary there in 10 minutes. John was very professional and honest. He did quality work and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him and his team again.

These guys are the only plumbers I call for all my needs. They are punctual and always tell me like it is. Their prices a more than reasonable, especially with the caliber of work they do. I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing.

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Chris and Sam did an awesome job in repairing my faucet. I would recommend both these servicemen for your plumbing needs.

It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy people to work with in commercial applications, so integrity goes a long way with me. And everyone at People’s Choice has met & exceeded our expectations. They repaired several shower cartridges, shower heads, faucet cartridges and faucets, and swapped out an ancient gas water heater for a tankless water heater. They brought us up to code, repaired shoddy plumbing and gave us an endless supply of on-demand hot water. Simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely utilize them again when we expand and renovate our facility.

If you’re like me, you probably read the reviews for certain products or services you’re purchasing. That’s I how came to have Schmidt Mechanical Group install a brand new HVAC in our home. We had been informed by our home warranty company that Schmidt had been assigned to service our unit. We, however, after having several reps servicethe unit in the previous two years, decided to upgrade. Right before we contacted Schmidt to cancel the service call, my wife asked that I look at their website and see what others were saying about them. I was surprised when I learned that out of a 5.0 overall rating, Schmidt Mechanical Group was rated at 4.9. That led me to start reading the reviews. Most of them were rated 5.0. Wow!!! I was hooked. I contacted Schmidt Mechanical Group and was informed that a sales rep would be in contact me. Sure enough, within an hour, I was contacted by Jerod. He informed me that he would be able to meet with me the very next day! During our 1st meeting, Jerod informed that the system could be installed the very next day. We had previously been informed by Lowes and th that their contractors couldn’t install the unit for another week. What??? No A/C for a week. This happened during that little hot spell we had earlier in May 2017. So you can imagine how thrilled we were when in fact, just like Jerod stated, the boys came in the next day and hooked us up with a new system. I am rating this Group a 5.0 due to their keeping their commitment and overall professionalism. Being retired military, I was impressed that they sent out a Supervisor on the day of installment to check on the work being done. Reminded me of how The Chiefs would perform back in the days. Same Supervisor came back out the next day after being informed by Mr. Jerod (the Sales Pro), that he felt the unit was not calibrated to its full capacity. The Supervisor made some changes, and we have been totally in the “Cool” ever since. Great Job Schmidt MG. Bravo Zulu. Mr. Garza. (Sorry for late review.)

Armando from San Antonio Plumbing was great! He was very professional and took the time to fix our leak and address questions that we had. Highly recommend!

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

They cancelled my appointment with no phone call. Then they decide to show up to charge us over 300. When the lady I spoke with was told me it was only 83 dollars.

We had a leak on one side of sink ! They came and fixed it within minutes! These are my go to plumbers for all my properties and even my personal home! Thank y’all

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

It was outstanding. Gene was very detailed on everything that he would be doing and answered every question that we had. He was very professional and made us feel like family. We will use Parker and Sons for any issues that we have in the future. Definitely will be referred to everyone that we know. Thank you for your time and the peace of mind.
