1st Call Plumbing came to the rescue when other companies couldn’t. JJ and his team arrived soon after the initial phone call and quickly diagnosed the problem and got to to work. They were very professional and knowledgeable in the trade. They also gave me a thorough explanation of why the problem was happening and what needed to be done in the future. We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

When i say this is the best experience I've ever had with any company i mean it. My shower broke and i wasn't sure if was pipes in walls or just old faucet. It just flew out of the wall. I was so scared of calling a plumber because when i googled what plumbers cost it was like by the hour. LUIS was awesome, professional and performed a very good job in removing and installing our water heater. He also fixed and installed the pipes and fixtures required around the water heater. GREAT WORK!!!

My beef is we called them out to repair a pipe. We offered more work repairing the toilet. Well they take the easy job of replacing the the toilet but decide to not work on the pipe repair even though that was the major problem needing to be fixed. So they take the easy job but leave the harder more necessary one.We had to call another plumber, that told us they had no problem fixing it.

Main sewer line replacement-They did excellent work at a reasonable price. I got a few quotes, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but did professional work and kept me in the loop the entire time. I had actually contracted with another company and ended up having to fire them so I was super skeptical about hiring someone else. Pedro came out the same day and gave me a quote. It took me a few days to make a decision but, when I did his crew was out the next day and got to work. Pedro made sure that I could use the water before they left for the day and it only took them 2 days when others said it would take a week. They were fast, efficient, and got the job done right. I've used another company for years and now I won't be using anyone else. He also pointed out a few things others should have done or didn't do, and I called to verify.....ya still waiting on those answers. Needless to say I'm pretty sure I know why I haven't gotten those return calls.

He explained the benifits of all options and answered the many questions we had. We were able to take advantage of 0% interest for 72 months. The installation was done in less than half a day and was quiet and clean. Very profesional. The technician helped set up our iPhones to link with the system and explained how to operate the new system. I looked at 5-6 companies in the area in which most where very profesional and helpful but I’m very happy I chose Scmidt Mechanical. Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
