Best Hot Water in San Antonio TX

Originally we contacted another company to come and fix our ac that was not working in the middle of Texas summer. They stated they had availability and that they would be out within three hours. The tech from the other company called and said he was out of Freon and would not have anymore until tomorrow. My mother is on oxygen and the heat does not help. I then decided to call 1st Call and see if they had something available today. They said they would call first thing and try and get someone out. I said ok and thank you. I received a call from Ryan within 5 minutes of hanging up stating that he would be on his way in about 30 minutes and asked what is going on. He arrived and was very courteous and professional and willing to help. He was very straight forward and was very empathetic for the situation. Unfortunately she needed a new unit and he was very willing to work with us and he had it installed the next day due to the condition of my mothers health.With all that said, I will always choose them for any of my needs due to the level of professionalism and caring that was displayed. There are not a lot of companies that are left that actually care about people and not just the paycheck at the end of the day. He went out of his way to help and provide extra insight and honesty as well as quick service.

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

BG Plumbing was a very good experience. This gentleman did a great job at a very reasonable price. He had every opportunity to suggest services that I did not need. He was very honest and refused unneeded work. I will definitely use this plumber again.

I removed one star from previous 5 stars!!!!The installation team left the trash, the replaced old parts in my attic and even didn’t tell me. I emphasized couple of times to Ken and installation team, “don’t leave trash in my attic”. They promised me but they didn’t do it. I shouldn’t have told them that we hardly entered the attic!!!Today12/10/2021, they came to do the heater turn up. Very careful inspection and detailed report from 8:00am to 1:00pm I’m appreciated it, but not what I expect to hear. I know my machines are really old and poor. If I want to extend their lifespan, I should put a lot of money on it. But I paid for the yearly turn up maintenance in order to know what you can do to help with it not only a money plan for me. For example, falling leaves in the machine, cleaned for me or not? Why not? Have checked and adjusted anything related to the heater? It’s not only a hvac inspection. So I should give one star on the detailed report and multiple suggestions of plans, but didn’t do so for not hearing anything done for helping my poor machine.Six months ago.We replaced our 2007 hvac. We met two dealers and chose Schmidt because of cheaper quota and longer warranty. Especially, sales man Ken promised to come on the installation day to tell their technicians what I was concerned. He did come the next day with technician and supervised on their setting up the site. We used new machine for one day. We only need to set 76 degree in the afternoon instead of 72 before. Good machine.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

We needed our generator hooked up, started and certified and they said they would come out to take a look at it. The guy knew exactly what to do and did it right there on the spot! He was very nice, professional and respectful (which you hardly see anymore). He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even caught a mistake from the previous electrician. Needless to say we WILL be using Will Fix-It for all of our household needs!

We were looking for a plumber I had seen a Omega work truck by a house up the street and I am so glad we called everyone with Omega are friendly courteous and are wanting to help the customer no matter what questions we have and for me they are a rare find keep up the good work we appreciate you thank you!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

I called various companies and they all wanted to sell me stuff I didn’t really need until I called Adys they were honest since the beginning and I could tell they knew what they were doing.Alex and Ryanmade sure everything in my house was taken care of and explained to me what I could do to prevent future problems.Definetely would call again.(They we’re on time)

They replaced my water heater last summer and I have had no problems with it or the connections.

Repaired a leaky faucet, price was reasonable and work was quickly done. Will call All City Plumbing again for any future repairs if we ever need. Thank you for being honest!
