Very knowledgeable, informative and caring. Professionals and polite. The 2 technicians did excellent work and installation. I was highly impressed.

We had a clogged toilet and of course, we have several out-of-town family members arriving later on today, so no pressure, lol. Got to say, it's hard to find a plumber on a Saturday but Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air was spot on and responsive. The front desk person that answered our call was very cordial and helpful. They dispatched Joe w/i a couple of hours. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and very easy to work with. He cleared the clog thoroughly and made sure the toilet was working properly before departing. Highly recommend these guys!

I would NOT recommend this company. This past year I bought a water heater maintenance agreement. The agreement stated they would check water pressure and flush the water heater twice during the year. They came out in December 2017 and August 2018. My water heater burst on November 27, 2018. I bought this agreement specifically to avoid this problem. The plumber who came to replace (NOT Guarantee Plumbing) showed us pictures of how the water heater had been leaking for quite some time. It was pretty bad. There was even duct work that wasn't placed correctly. They also told us our water pressure was high. The plumber from Guarantee Plumbing never told us there was a leak or even that there were problems with the pressure! What a waste of money! This same plumber came out because I was having problems with the shower head, it was making a loud noise when turned on. All he did was turn on the shower and said it needed to be replaced. I paid him for coming down and he lost the check. He didn't even give me a receipt. The office however did bill me and I had to put a stop payment on the check originally given to plumber. I am extremely upset at the incompetence. There is no pride in their work, the company obviously doesn't care who they hire. The reason we got the maintenance agreement was so that it was maintained properly. They failed us in that regard. Needless to say, I will not be using Guarantee Plumbing services ever again. The service agreement is a joke. I have lost confidence and trust in the company.By the way, the only reason they get one star is their receptionist who answers the phone. She is really good at her job.Deeply disappointed.

Ryan and Tyler came to the rescue! These guys were super knowledgeable, efficient, very polite, thorough, had great attitudes, and knew exactly what they were doing as soon as they got here. We've gone through Goettle before and Aaron also did an amazing job for us. We got some bad news unfortunately but they walked us through the entire process, they had us look at the cameras, explained the issue in detail and assured us that they will work with us anyway they could. This really is a phenomenal company, I really don't have a single complaint about goettle or their fantastic team. Thanks guys!P.s. We are Sadie Club members so they brought us this awesome Sadie dog plush and flashlight! ?!

Josue the Schmidt technician arrived on time and did a fantastic job servicing our air conditioning system. He was very helpful at answering my question and was very professional. With all that's happening in regards to Covid19, it should be noted that he did wear a mask and booties during the entire service call.

UPDATE: I called the number you provided. Left a message a week ago. No call back. I guess you aren’t serious about this as you said you were.Unfortunate. Scheduled a last minute appointment, they confirmed. I rushed home to be on site for their arrival. Completely adjusted my evening schedule thankful they were able to confirm only for them to back out 10min prior to the CONFIRMED appointment. Not cool.

Josh G. was great! He was on time and professional. I appreciated that he took time to educate me on the basics of my system & didn't try to upsell me on services that I didn't need. I highly recommend Airco & I will be calling him for future maintenance needs.

Colin was amazing! He came to my house and found an issue I wasn’t even tracking! I’m thankful it is now fixed! I would recommend this place to all my friends in San Antonio.

Called them on Monday 9/7/21, and was told a tech would call me. A few minutes later a tech called me, and sId they would be out on 9/8/21 in the morning. 9/8 came around, and no one called, or showed up. I called around 100 pm to see if they were coming out, and was told they would call me back. So far nothing. Just going to use another company. Luckily I have a non emergency garage disposal leak, but if it were a plumbing emergency I'm sure I would get the same outcome. If they can't even show up when they say they will, I'm sure their service is equally unreliable.

What a great company and a great Family which runs it. Very diligent in their work and take each customer's problem with the Up-most respect.
